WHY DO people go to a temple?

The answer is obvious: to find peace, to sit and meditate and to feel energy of those who have meditated there earlier. The sun Light is present all over the earth atmosphere, but when we use the Double convex lens the light is concentrated and the intensity of the heat is so much it will have a burning effect.

But today, most of the traditional temples have become centres of trade and politics. Regular prayers may be offered here, but these prayers are formal and out of a fear of God. There’s no innocence in these prayers. In such an atmosphere polluted with materialism and politics, meditation is not possible. If we are really interested in meditation and prayer, we need to look for a different kind of temple and one that is not man-made.

The good news is that such unpolluted temple of love still exists. You will find them in nature. Go and sit under a tree, breathe and meditate and you will be filled with love and prayer. The tree always gives life-energy. It will never ask you about your religion or caste. You can hug a tree and you will feel its heartbeat. And at the same time, you will also feel your own heartbeat.

But when you hug fellow human beings because nobody nowadays hugs anyone unconditionally. The tree is a temple of love, as it always gives. Go to mountains or the sea and sit in the open space. While you listen to the sound of mountain streams, you will automatically start meditating. Mountains need a certain kind of an atmosphere, a space for the soul, where it can fly high in the Sky. And that’s possible only in nature.

Knowledge is divided between phenomenology, science of the changeable and ontology, science of the unchangeable, ontology is the realm of beings and phenomenology that of becoming. To explain it to the laity, Christianity uses the word ‘father’ for ontology and ‘son’ for phenomenology. The Holy Spirit is individualised consciousness that mediates the two.

Phenomenology is the mixing and constant flux of the five elements: solid, liquid, gas, space and heat. The five elements are interdependent and are created from one another. For anything to be solid, it must have been liquid previously. For anything to be liquid, heat is required, for eon-a-eon, the sun has Caused the earth to relive in a manner that H20 remains in liquid form in a narrow temperature range of zero to a hundred degrees. This is a feat of wondrous exactitude as temperatures in the cosmos range from negative to positive infinity. In order to have heat, some combustive gas is required. All this interplay occurs in space, which is the mother element. Matter occupies infinitely less than one zillionth of cosmic space, where the Leela लीला of phenomenology takes place.

Science limits itself to this zillionth of cosmic space occupied by matter. Hence, it has been said that science is an incomplete philosophy, but philosophy is complete science oncologists posit that we are pure spirit, trying to learn how to be human. At birth, we are pure; pure consciousness. The difficulty lies not in being pure consciousness, but in being human. Completely alien to our being, we are constantly trying to master manmade functions ranging from table mannered to law, family governance to human love. It’s a comedown; a ‘thud’ keeps us in febrile fever. Ontology is the science of the unchangeable, undivided, pure consciousness. Knowledge of pure consciousness makes us realise that the entire universe is nothing but consciousness. I Am That. I am the entire universe, and the functioning of the universe is my responsibility. The brain is incapable of grasping the essence of ontology – It can only categories, divide and choose, assuming separateness, that there are two to choose from. The higher the IQ, the more divisive the brain, since pure consciousness is one, the brain. Since pure consciousness is one, the brain cannot grasp it in a thousand lifetimes.

To know your being or virginal ontological being or virginal ontological state is to resolve, ‘I am a pure virgin’. A virgin is one who is untouched by man. Hence, no thought emanating from any man can touch you. No political, economic or scientific theism penetrates your pure state. The very concept of a universe is a creation of man; even the creator is a creation of man. If the universe and god do exist, they are a part of your pure consciousness. Once stabiles in your virgin state, everything that emanates from you is pure.

What the world calls knowledge, oncologists define as ignorance. Armed with this ignorance, they can be billionaires, presidents or physicists. Even as they watch, their wealth will be surpassed, nations subjugated, scientific ideas bombed.

They are at the feet of the masters of ontology, the masters of truth. Newton defined truth as ‘that which is invariant in all frames of reference ‘. All frames of reference lean on the inventive constructs of time and space. Oncologists would simply say that they are changeable and hence are untruths – even by Newton’s definition. Know the truth will set you free. The phenomenological world will be at your beck and call. Pity, you’ll have no use for it, having sublimated it…(Remember the lie is the prime stage of Paap पाप )

The Real possessions that bind us are our memories, our inner possessions. Memory is an attachment, a holding on to an experience, an accumulation in which energy is trapped. Memory is a form of matter, a substance in the mind. It is the residue of an experience that has left a mark within us. The degree of our attachment to the past is the degree of our materialism. Our memories form the landscape of the world of illusion and sorrow, samsara संसार, in which we are caught this world of memory is revealed during dream and fantasy. It underlies our waking consciousness and distorts our perception. Hence our fall into dream or fantasy is a fall into the inertia of our own minds. The more we are attached to the past, the heavier is the weight of our ignorance.

We can easily measure our spiritual ignorance in life: it is equal to the density of our thoughts, our habitual stream of memory based considerations. Similarly, the knowledge that we clinch to through thought obstructs us from seeing the truth. We are not bound to the external world or to the matter outside us. It is the world inside us, the matter within our own minds that binds us. Only when we take the world inside ourselves through thought does it cause anxiety. If we let the world be, it takes care of itself in the natural harmony and freedom of existence.

Consciousness is immaterial and thought is mater. To fall into thought is to introduce a foreign substance (matter) into our unbounded consciousness and to weight it down. Our thoughts are our matter, through which we fall into the material world. To acquire things mentally through name, recognition and identification is to add to the ignorance within us. The mind emptied itself naturally – consciousness itself is emptiness, immateriality and boundless space-when we do not fill it with cares and anxieties.

The realisation that thought is a burden is the end of thought. All worry and care is useless weight that separates us from the beneficence of existence, drawing upon us the very disharmonies that we wish to avoid. When we release the burden of thought through the perception of its foreign nature, we transcend the entire world.

Is our life worth living? Are we really living or pretend to be living? Are we really conscious of what we are doing? Unfortunately, the way we live is nothing but just a mechanical process. We have become a robot no intelligence, no thought, no awareness, no awakening. Every moment we are living unconsciousness, which mars our happiness. But why are we doing this?

Third EYE – Pineal Gland

In the present century scientists began to recognize an odd connection between the pineal eye and sexuality. It was established that the organ is a gland not a vestigial eye and that it produce a hormone that was labelled molotonin, molotonin is produced by the action for a certain enzyme upon a chemical called serotonin.

The Biophysical energy released from your body is called the opening of third Eye. A Third Eye- Name given to the process, whereby the full potential of man’s Biophysical, mental, and emotional energy released, integrated and focused.

Incidentally Colin Wilson in his book THE OCCULT says that occult powers are within human body. “Researchers to the “PINEAL EYE” the organ in the brain that the Hindus declare to be the seat of the Occult powers were assumed to be a vestigial eye although no one quite decides that use an eye would be in the middle of the brain.

The pineal gland is a structure that lies in the very centre of the brain on the ventricular system. This gland is sensitive to light and secretes hormones called melatonin, which is related to mood, wakefulness, and other states of awareness. The Pineal gland represents the third eye of SHIVA शिव in the physiology.

The three eyes of Lord Shiva भगवान शिव are often the focus of mythological interpretations and mystic curiosity. Representation of His manifestation in humanlike form should have shown only two eyes like the normal humans have. Is the third eye mere all egoric depiction? Or, does it signify some hidden facets…? In fact, the third eye symbolizes the source of sagacity – pure, discreet wisdom. This centre in the human body is hidden subtly in an endocrine gland inside the brain right behind the position (on the forehead) where the third eye of Shiva is depicted.

We all have read a story in some shastric शास्त्रिक scripture which mentions of Kamadeva कामदेव being burnt into ashes due to the opening of Shiva’s शिव third eye. Kamadeva कामदेव the Lord of amour had once tried to sinfully entice and influence Lord Shiva भगवान शिव. Then, Lord Shiva भगवान शिव just opened His third eye. The divine radiations emanating there from instantly burnt the gross body of Kamadeva कामदेव. Have we ever thought about the truth behind this mythological anecdote? It conveys the fact that the insidious force of erotic thoughts and sexual excitation can be instantly checked and eliminated if our discerning prudence is awakened. The opening of the third eye means awakening of our sagacity and creative activation of our inner wisdom.

The third eye is subtly located in the third dimension inside our brain. It teaches us to look into the deeper aspects of every phenomenon, every thought and every experience. Our ordinary eyes (the two eyes on our faces) see only extrovert; they can only show us our materialistic gains and losses or the worldly affairs in the limited peripheries of our interactions. The needs of the body or the sense organs are easily seen by them. But there is a third eye, which opens inward. It enables us to look deeply in the sublime folds of mind and shows us the world of inner peace, everlasting happiness and absolute truth. This is the eye of foresight and clairvoyance.

When a sincere devotee of Lord Shiva भगवान शिव seeks refuge under His grace, he first inspects his own character and conduct to check whether or not he measures up to the virtuous standards with respect to the philosophy of Shiva शिव. The human-like image of God Shiva शिव is a kind of an ideal model for the true devotee. A potter makes a pot in the desired design by processing and fixing the clay into appropriate mould. The devotee should also try to mould his personality, his attitude, his thinking, his life, etc. as per the ideals of his Deity. Our worship and devotional practices have no meaning without commensurate endeavours of refinement and improvement in our thoughts, behaviour and deeds.

The Sanskrit word for devotional worship is "Upasana उपासना ", which literally means ‘sitting nearby’. Sitting near the fire makes we feel warm. Similarly, sitting near God should inspire us with His attributes. Sitting in the closed vicinity of a powerful source of energy would bestow the associated significant effects on us only if there is a linkage, a direct connection between the source and the beneficiary. A piece of wood becomes fire only when it sacrifices itself in the fire nearby. This is how "upasana उपासना " brings the desired results only if the devotee sets a live linkage of his inner self with the Deity of his worship. For this, he has to discipline and mould himself as per the inspirations of his God. We, the aspirants of the beatitude of Lord Shiva भगवान शिव, should also consciously and ceaselessly attempt at transforming ourselves according to the ideals of His manifestation. We should endeavour opening our third eye (that means, awaken our intuitive insight and pure intellect).

God's Technology

No doubt there is tremendous technology advancement, but these achievements cannot help anyone to manufacture just a drop of blood, which God has created so perfectly. For this man should be thankful to the Almighty.

Until now, the first secrets of the how and where of real intelligence is, just about opening or that is what it seems to a bunch of researchers around the world.

There was no doubt the secrets lay within the brain, but the questions were, just as tough.

1.    Where in the brain does intelligence lie?
2.    What makes one man more intelligent than the other?
3.    Can the spark of intelligence be extremely ignited?
4.    Can a person be more intelligent than the quota he born with?
5.    Do any of these questions have answers in a definite YES or NO?

Humans have been asking these questions since the dawn of History. The Father of mediation Hippocratic, declared 2,500 years ago “The seat of the intellect is inside the skull”. He was lucky; he was not put to death for that statement. (Ancient Greece was more tolerant than ancient Rome) but the accepted credo then was that the heart was the king and master, not the brain. William Shakespeare called the brain, “The soul’s frail dwelling house.” And prophesized the legendary Spanish neuroanatomist, Santiago Romany Cajole. “As long as the brain is a mystery the Universe, the reflection of the structure of the brain will also be a mystery.”

Sages and Saints out of their deep knowledge and personal experience have left a rich legacy of religious postulates and guidelines as how people can make their lives happy and peaceful. If the mental condition of a person is perfect, there can be no room for disadvantages and wrong pursuits. Saints and Sages in olden days remained disciplined without being distracted under any condition. The God given energy was converted into extraordinary spiritual power. On the other hand the present day people easily susceptible to vanishing pleasures, experience mental disorder. The defect in them to some extent is due to; the trash literature offered to them, by reading them or by participating in events in which desire and lust are kindled people get spoiled.

The Vedas वेद and our Shastras शास्त्र teach us many things, which we are not aware of, till we go in deeply to know the reasons. There is a meaning of the deity’s symbols what we worship. Professor Tony Nadar has discovered that structures and functions of other Deva देवता values- Shiva शिव, Vishnu विष्णु, Surya सूर्य, Devi देवी, and their incarnations as described in the Vedic वैदिक literature.

The human body has been compared to a temple; God is seated in the heart the sanctum- sanctorum. Those who do not realize this fail to experience God’s presence within. The five sense faculties do not allow men to visualize God within. People’ attention is diverted towards seeing and enjoying only the worldly events. The mind of a human being is full of conflicting desires. It is chiefly responsible for de-linking the Almighty from the devotee, who is ever keen to get released from worldly bondage. If it is subdued other senses can easily be tamed. If the mind checks their activities, men can certainly feel that HE from within is constantly guiding him.

God’s Pharmacy

It has been said that God first separated the salt water from the fresh, made dry land, Planted a garden, made animal and fish…..All before making a human. He made and provided what we do need before we were born. These are best and more powerful when eaten raw. We are such slow learner …..God left us a great clue as to what foods help what part of the body! God’s Pharmacy amazing !

CARROT

SLICE a carrot and it looks just like an eye, right down to the pattern of the iris. The pupil, iris and radiating line look just like the human eye. And yes, science now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes. It’s a clear clue to the importance this everyday veg has for vision. Carrots get their orange colour from a plant chemical called beta-carotene, which reduces the risk of developing cataracts. The chemical also protects against macular degeneration an age-related sight problem that affects one in four over-65s. It is the most common cause of blindness in Britain. But popping a beta-carotene pill doesn’t have the same effect, say scientists at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore

TOMATO

A TOMATO is red and usually has four chambers, just like our heart has four chambers and is red Tomatoes are also a great source of lycopene, a plant chemical that reduces the risk of heart disease and several cancers The Women’s Health Study — an American research programme which tracks the health of 40,000 women — found women with the highest blood levels of lycopene had 30 per cent less heart disease than women who had very little lycopene. Lab experiments have also shown that lycopene helps counter the effect of unhealthy LDL cholesterol. One Canadian study, published in the journal Experimental Biology and Medicine, said there was “convincing evidence’ that lycopene prevented coronary heart disease. Therefore all of the research shows tomatoes are loaded with lycopine and are indeed pure heart and blood food.

GRAPES

Our lungs are made up of branches of ever-smaller airways that finish up with tiny bunches of tissue called alveoli. These structures, which resemble bunches of grapes, allow oxygen to pass from the lungs to the blood stream. One reason that very premature babies struggle to survive is that these alveoli do not begin to form until week 23 or 24 of pregnancy. A diet high in fresh fruit, such as grapes, has been shown to reduce the risk of lung cancer and emphysema. Grape seeds also contain a chemical called proanthocyanidin, which appears to reduce the severity of asthma triggered by allergy. Each grapes looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.

WALNUT

A walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex. We now know walnuts help develop more than three dozen neuron-transmitters from brain function.

THE gnarled folds of a walnut mimic the appearance of a human brain - and provide a clue to the benefits. Walnuts are the only nuts which contain significant amounts of omega-3 fatty acids. They may also help head off dementia. An American study found that walnut extract broke down the protein-based plaques associated with Alzheimer’s disease. Researchers at Tufts University in Boston found walnuts reversed some signs of brain ageing in rats. Dr James Joseph, who headed the study, said walnuts also appear to enhance signalling within the brain and encourage new messaging links between brain cells.

BEANS

Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes they look exactly like the human kidneys.

AVOCADOES, EGGPLANT AND PEARS

Avocadoes, Eggplant and pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female- they look just like these organs. Today research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? It takes exactly Nine Months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods. (Modern Science has only studied and named about 141 of them).

SWEET POTATOES

Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics.

ORANGES, GRAPEFRUITS, and others CITRUS FRUITS.
Oranges, Grapefruits, and other Citrus fruits looks just like the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts.

ONION

Onions looks like the body’s cells. Today’s research shows onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes. A working companion, Garlic, also helps eliminate waste materials and dangerous free radicals from the body.

CELERY, BOK CHOY, RHUBARB and many more look just like bones.

These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23 % sodium and these foods are 23 % sodium. If you don’t have enough sodium in your diet, the body pulls it from the bones, thus making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.

OLIVES

Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries.

FIGS

Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. It is just like the lungs.

CHEESE – BONES

A nice ‘holey’ cheese, like Emmenthal, is not just good for your bones; it even resembles their internal structure. And like most cheeses, it is a rich source of calcium, a vital ingredient for strong bones and reducing the risk of osteoporosis later in life. Together with another mineral called phosphate, it provides the main strength in bones but also helps to ‘power’ muscles. Getting enough calcium in the diet during childhood is crucial for strong bones. A study at Columbia University in New York showed teens that increased calcium intake from 800mg a day to 1200mg – equal to an extra two slices of cheddar - boosted their bone density by six per cent.

GINGER – STOMACH

Root ginger, commonly sold in supermarkets, often looks just like the stomach. So it’s interesting that one of its biggest benefits is aiding digestion. The Chinese have been using it for over 2,000 years to calm the stomach and cure nausea, while it is also a popular remedy for motion sickness. But the benefits could go much further. Tests on mice at the University of Minnesota found injecting the chemical that gives ginger its flavour slowed down the growth rate of bowel tumours

BANANA (SMILE) – DEPRESSION

Cheer yourself up and put a smile on your face by eating a banana. The popular fruit contains a protein called tryptophan. Once it has been digested, tryptophan then gets converted in a chemical neurotransmitter called serotonin. This is one of the most important mood-regulating chemicals in the brain and most anti-depressant drugs work by adjusting levels of serotonin production. Higher levels are associated with better moods.

MUSHROOM – EAR

Slice a mushroom in half and it resembles the shape of the human ear. And guess what? Adding it to your cooking could actually improve your hearing. That’s because mushrooms are one of the few foods in our diet that contain vitamin D. This particular vitamin is important for healthy bones, even the tiny ones in the ear that transmit sound to the brain.

BROCCOLI – CANCER

Close-up, the tiny green tips on a broccoli head look like hundreds of cancer cells. Now scientists know this disease-busting vet can play a crucial role in preventing the disease. Last year, a team of researchers at the US National Cancer Institute found just a weekly serving of broccoli was enough to reduce the risk of prostate cancer by 45 per cent. In Britain, prostate cancer kills one man every hour.

From Kedarnath to Rameswaram- These 7 Ancient Shiva temples fall in a straight line!

Some of the most famous and revered Lord Shiva temples in India exist from time immemorial, and they were built at a time when there was no satellite and technology, forget instruments that could measure the exact longitude and latitude.( 79.)

But, somehow each of these seven temples are accurately aligned in a geographic straight line of- 79° E 41’54” Longitude.

Beginning at Kedarnath and ending at Rameswaram, these Shiva temples were back then, built using the yogic calculations.

Five of these seven temples have Shiva Linga, represented as the manifestation of five basic elements of nature:
Temple of water is in Thiruvanaikaval,
Temple of fire is in Thiruvannamalai ,
Temple of air is in Kalahasti ,
Temple of earth is in Kanchipuram and
The Temple for space/sky is in Chidambaram.

Lord Siva Temples in India on almost same Longitude

1.Kedarnath – Kedarnath Temple (30.7352° N, 79.0669)

2.Kaleshwaram – Kaleshwara Mukteeshwara swamy Temple (18.8110, 79.9067)

3.Srikalahati – Srikalahasti Temple (13.749802, 79.698410)

4.Kanchipuram – Ekambareswarar Temple (12.847604, 79.699798)

5.Tiruvannamalai – Annamalaiyar Temple (12.231942, 79.067694)

6. Chidambaram – Nataraja Temple (11.399596, 79.693559)
7. Rameswaram – Ramanathaswamy Temple (9.2881, 79.3174)

Seeing good points in others

Below is an incident in the life of the Pandavs and Kauravs from the Hindu Holy epic Mahābhārata, that took place in ancient Bharat.

In their childhood, the Pandavs and Kauravs studied together at the Ashram of their teacher, Sage Dronacharya.

Yudhisthir, the eldest of the Pandavs, had gone through many difficulties in life, but was always content and happy. On the other hand, Duryodhan, the eldest of the Kauravs, despite having everything, was always miserable for some reason or the other.

One day, Sage Dronacharya said to Yudhisthir, "Go into town and meet as many people as you can. When you return this evening, tell me about the worst person that you met." Then, Dronacharya called Duryodhan and gave him similar instructions, "Duryodhan, my child, go into the town and meet as many people as you can. When you return this evening, tell me about the best and noblest man that you met."

Yudhisthir and Duryodhan set out on their quest. Each of them entered the town and met as many people as he could - young and old, rich and poor.

That evening, when Yudhisthir returned, he told Sage Dronacharya, "Gurudev, I met many people today. Each of them had some good quality that I lack. Thus, everyone I met today was superior to me in some way. So, I am convinced that I am the worst person and need to learn good qualities from others."

Just then, Duryodhan returned from the town and said to Dronacharya, "Gurudev, I met many people today and noticed that each person had some fault that I do not have. So, I am convinced that I am the best and noblest person of all!"

Moral: We, too, can be happy like Yudhisthir by learning from others' positive points, instead of pointing out their faults. We can remind ourselves of this story whenever we feel tempted to criticise or gossip about others. Regular spiritual practice removes our negative habits like criticising others, and develops good qualities like humility and learning attitude that ensure happiness.

Very Interesting and good Moral

The Suitcase

A man died, when he realized it, he saw God coming closer with a suitcase in his hand.
- God said: Alright son it’s time to go.
- Surprised the man responded: Now? So soon? I had a lot of plans...
- I'm sorry but it’s time to go.

- What do you have in that suitcase? The man asked.
- God answered: Your belongings.
- My belongings? You mean my things, my clothes, and my money?
-God answered: Those things were not yours they belonged to the earth.

- Is it my memories? The man asked.
-God answered: those never belonged to you they belonged to Time

- Is it my talents?
-God answered: those were never yours they belonged to the circumstances.

- Is it my friends and family?
-God answered: I'm sorry they were never yours they belonged to the path.

- Is it my wife and son?
- God answered: They were never yours the belonged to your heart.

- Is it my body?
- God answered: that was never yours it belonged to the dust.

-Is it my soul?
God answered: No that is mine.

Full of fear, the man took the suitcase from god and opened it just to find out the suitcase was empty.
- With a tear coming down his cheek the man said: I never had anything???
-God answered: that is correct, every moment you lived were only yours. Life is just a moment. A moment that belongs to you. For this reason enjoy this time while you have it. Don't let anything that you think you own stop you from doing so.
-Live Now
-Live your life
- Don't forget to be happy, that is the only thing that matters.
- Material things and everything else that you fought for stay here.
-YOU CAN'T TAKE ANYTHING

Share this reflection with anyone you love or appreciate. Enjoy every second you live.

Indeed the best eye opener message (Must Read)

No one is promised tomorrow. Have a wonderful Life with no regrets!

It was their anniversary, and Aisha was waiting for her husband Rajiv to show up. Things had changed since their marriage, the once cute couple couldn't-live-without- each- other had turned bitter. Fighting over every little thing, both didn't like the way things had changed.

Aisha was waiting to see if Rajiv remembered it was their anniversary! Just as the door bell rang she ran to find her husband wet and smiling with a bunch of flowers in his hand.

The two started re-living the old days. Making up for fights, then was the plan for champagne, light music And it was raining outside! It was perfect. But the moment paused when the phone in the bedroom rang.

Aisha went to pick it up and it was a man.
"Hello ma'am I'm calling from the police station. Is this Mr Rajiv Mehra's number?"
"Yes it is!"
"I'm sorry ma'am; but there was an accident and a man died. We got this number from his wallet; we need you to come and identify his body."

Aisha's heart sank.!!! She was shocked!
"But my husband is here with me?"
"Sorry ma'am, but the incident took place at 2 pm, when he was boarding the train."

Aisha was about to lose her conscience. How could this happen? She had heard about the soul of the person coming to meet a loved one before it leaves!

She ran into the other room. He was not there. It was true! He had left her for good!!
Oh God she would have died for another chance to mend every little fight! She rolled on the floor in pain.

She lost her chance! Forever!
Suddenly there was a noise from the bathroom, the door opened and Rajiv came out and said.....

"Darling, I forgot to tell you my wallet got stolen today".

LIFE MIGHT NOT GIVE YOU A SECOND CHANCE. SO NEVER WASTE A MOMENT WHEN YOU CAN STILL MAKE UP FOR YOUR WRONGS!!!

So let's start making amends.

14 Year Old Girl Conducts Experiments on Benefits of Chanting ‘Om’, Know What She Discovered!

Hinduism is not just a religion; it’s a way of a life. Yet Hindus fail to see it that way. Everything in the religion – from the mantras to the rituals, from its science to its teachings – are meant for people to incorporate in their lives as much as possible & reap their benefits. It’s time we recognize the brilliance of Hinduism & that of one particular sacred sound – ‘Om’ or ‘Aum’.

Listening or chanting ‘Om’ can reduced fatigue, & this has been proven by a 14-year old student. Anwesha Chowdhury who is a class IX student of Adamas World School, Kolkata, recently topped the Science Congress organized by the state government by proving that the sound ‘Om’ reduced fatigue.

The idea to this incredible experiment was conceived when Anwesha visited Uttarakhand & saw that priests carried water from Bageshwar to Kedarnath (68 km every day) without showing any signs of tiring. They did sing tunes throughout their journey, but Anwesha couldn’t replicate the same mantras for her experiment. So, she began searching for a similar tune which she found in ‘Om’.

“Finally, a tune with 430+ Hz frequency clicked. In five experiments in various laboratories, I measured the oxygen & carbon dioxide levels of 17 adults while listening to the tune for 30 minutes, & there was an increase of oxygen level & decrease in carbon dioxide in their bodies.

“I found that sounds with a particular frequency, if heard or recited right, raises the level of neurotransmitters & hormones like serotonin, dopamine, DHEA. Because of their vasodilator actions, the oxygen level in blood soars. It also produces less lactic acid & allows the person to act without fatigue,” she said.

The findings garnered lavish praise from a variety of scientific intellectuals. “No one has ever pin-pointed on the ‘Om’ sound & conducted such comprehensive experiments on its use,” said Dipankar Das, senior scientist, state science & technology department.

Debashish Bandopadhyay who is the head of the department of physiology, Calcutta University said, “Anwesha’s project is innovative, it’s quite flawless & convincing.”

This is just one of the inherent gifts of Hinduism to its followers; many have been discovered & many yet to be. But it’s imperative that we start t0 inculcate some of these aspects into our daily lives as it is us who stand to benefit, no one else!
