Control your attention, and you control your mind

A disciple and his teacher were walking through the forest. The disciple was disturbed by the fact that his mind was in constant unrest.

He asked his teacher: "Why most people's minds are restless, and only a few possess a calm mind? What can one do to still the mind?"

The teacher looked at the disciple, smiled and said:

"I will tell you a story. An elephant was standing and picking leaves from a tree. A small fly came, flying and buzzing near his ear. The elephant waved it away with his long ears. Then the fly came again, and the elephant waved it away once more".

This was repeated several times. Then the elephant asked the fly:

"Why are you so restless and noisy? Why can't you stay for a while in one place?"

The fly answered: "I am attracted to whatever I see, hear or smell. My five senses pull me constantly in all directions and I cannot resist them. What is your secret? How can you stay so calm and still?"

The elephant stopped eating and said:

"My five senses do not rule my attention. Whatever I do, I get immersed in it. Now that I am eating, I am completely immersed in eating. In this way I can enjoy my food and chew it better. I rule and control my attention, and not the other way around."

Upon hearing these words, the disciple's eyes opened wide and a smile appeared on his face. He looked at his teacher and said:

"I understand! If my five senses are in control of my mind and attention, then my mind is in constant unrest. If I am in charge of my five senses and attention, then my mind becomes calm".

"Yes, that's right", answered the teacher, "The mind is restless and goes wherever the attention is. Control your attention, and you control your mind".

Barriers to Love

Whatever is in your heart that is not clean, not true, will ultimately begin to act like a wall, obstructing the natural flow of love.

People, who say that there is no love in their life, are being blocked by this wall.

Actually there is love, but they just can’t accept it. Ego is the clearest example of this. Ego limits the flow of love by placing conditions on the love you give and receive.

Ego uses love to satisfy its own needs and desires. It produces a love which is deceptive, one which brings only temporary satisfaction. Ego does not allow you to experience true love or share it. In fact ego is capable of destroying your ability to feel love altogether.

Love knows no boundaries.
Let life inspire you

Let life inspire you, no matter what happens, you can choose to be inspired by it. If you make a mistake, let it inspire you to be more careful and diligent next time. When you’re having a great time, let it inspire you to create even more positive experiences.

Each time you see kindness, be inspired to pass it forward. If you encounter deception or injustice feel inspired to raise your world above it.

Anything can inspire you when you choose to let it. You can even be inspired for no reason at all.

Be inspired by the big accomplishments and by the small, simple moments as well. An inspired life is a life that’s rich and it’s a life you can no matter what. If there’s a reason to be inspired or if there is not, be inspired. Bring your spirit full of life, and raise your life to a higher, more enriching level.

Do you love yourself?

People feel lonely; they need somebody to fill their loneliness. They call it love. They show love because that is the only way to hook the other. The other also calls it love because that is the only way to hook you. But who knows whether there is love or not? Love is just a game Real love is possible, but that happens only when you don't need anybody!

If you go to a bank and you need money, they will not give you any. If you don't need money, you have enough, they will come to you and they will always be ready to give you.

When you don't need a person at all, when you are totally sufficient unto yourself, when you can be alone and tremendously happy and ecstatic, then love is possible. But then too you can be certain about only one thing: whether your love is real. How can you be certain about the other? But then there is no need.

This continuous anxiety -- whether the other's love is real or not -- simply shows one thing: that your love is not real Why be worried about it? Enjoy it while it lasts! Be together while you can be together! It is a fiction, but you need fiction.

Behind declarations of love there is nothing but need. You want your lover to be with you to fill your emptiness and so too is the case with her. You are both trying to use each other as a means. That's why lovers, so-called lovers, are always in conflict -- because nobody wants to be used, because when you use a person the person becomes a thing, you have reduced him to a commodity. One day when you are really awake you will be able to love -- but then you will be certain about your love only. But that's enough! Do you love yourself? You have not even asked the question.

When you are really blissful on your own, you don't want to use anybody. You simply want to share it. And you will feel thankful that somebody was ready to receive. That is the full point. There is no way to be certain about the other -- first be certain about you. And a person who is certain about himself is certain about the whole world. Settled, centered, grounded, in yourself, you never worry about such things. You accept if somebody loves you, you accept it because you love yourself. You are happy with yourself; somebody else is happy -- good! It does not get in your head; it does not make you madly egoistic.

You simply enjoy yourself; somebody else also finds you enjoyable -- good! While it lasts, live the fiction as beautifully as possible -- it will not last forever. When a love is finished, you start thinking it was false -- that's why it has come to an end. No, not necessarily. It may have had some glimmer of truth in it, but you were both unable to keep and hold that truth. You needed love, but you were not capable of it. When you are aware, a totally different kind of love will arise in your heart -- which is absolutely true, which is part of eternity.
Difficulties

Difficult challenges can come into your life when you least expect them, and when you can ill afford them. Yet there they are, bullying their way into your world. If you try to ignore them or deny them, they just get bigger and more problematic. The more you let them worry you and get you down, the more helpless they make you.

A life full of challenge is often stressful and uncomfortable, but it is vastly better than the alternative, which is a life full of nothing. Your own particular challenges may seem extremely unfair, and they probably are. But that doesn't make them any less real, nor does it make you any less obligated to confront and endure them.

Accept the challenges when they appear, and you're well on the way to overcoming them. Though they bring disruption and pain, they also bring growth and power. Sometimes what is best for us is not what we would choose. Life is difficult and in it we find unimaginable joy. Accept it all and live it for all it's worth.

Kama –The Hidden Source of Vital - Spiritual Energy -1

Man is the most superior creation of the cosmic order.
Once he knows how he can improve his fortune, he will certainly take measures to improve it. He will become the architect of his destiny and not a tool of the destiny

So when we think of meditating on or the awakening of the cervical plexus we can also think of the world of dreams. This may naturally lead our imagination to areas of awareness, which are beyond the present physical environment around us. It is therefore, said that a seeker who meditates on this Vishudhakhya lotus comes to acquire a state of awareness which is omnipresent. He then acquires the knowledge of the past the present and the future.

The astral body is constantly in a state of alert. It never rests. Impressions of its activities, excitement and dynamism even as it interacting with a subtler and a grosser body are passed on to the surrounding astral atmosphere. This disturbance is akin to that created by a loudspeaker in its surrounding. Its diaphragm vibrates to the tune that is broadcast and sound waves propagating there from making the listener aware of the tune. In the same manner astral body causes a wave of disturbance is astral atmosphere. The aura-seer picks up these vibrations when he gets tuned to receive them (like tuning in to AIR broadcasts).

The primates, Men, and apes have more serotonin than any other species. Which seems to be manufactured in the Pineal Eye? And one of its functions is to inhibit sexual Development and to increase intelligence. This seems to explain, why most intelligent human beings seems to be late developers sexually and why early developer are seldom. If ever remarkable for intelligence. Pineal Eye is also called A Third Eye.

Incidentally Colin Wilson in his book THE OCCULT, says that occult power are within human body. “Researchers to the “PINEAL EYE” the organ in the brain that the Hindus declare to be the seat of the Occult powers were assumed to be a vestigial eye although no one quite decides that use an eye would be in the middle of the brain. In the present century scientists began to recognize an odd connection between the pineal eye and sexuality. It was established that the organ is a gland not a vestigial eye and that it produce a hormone that was labeled melatonin, melatonin is produced by the action for a certain enzyme upon a chemical called serotonin.

The Biophysical energy released from your body is called the opening of third Eye. A Third Eye- Name given to the process, whereby the full potential of man’s Biophysical, mental, emotional energy released, integrated and focussed.

Kama
– the subtle source of sex-element, zealous vitality, sublime creativity, joy and emotional exaltation, is the seed of manifestation of Kundalini – the hidden energy of cosmic grandeur. The sagacious, enlightened personalities are aware of this precious source and therefore use it cautiously for creative purposes. We should know the importance and deeper depths of the spiritual science of kama and proceed along the path of sadhanas as per our present mental makeup.

Since 1960 sex has become the research subject and came out of the bedroom. People are accepting the relationship / affairs with their dear one. Since a long time due to Film, literature, theater, and TV the sex subject has become the topic of discussion/chit chat among the friends and co-friends. After the introduction of Internet, no doubt sex has not been for discussion behind the door. Perhaps for that reason the young generation is giving their sex relationship as an experiment and trying to justify the sexual affairs before marriage. The great Philosophers also say that history repeat by itself. May be possible we are returning to the Ape age the old civilization. The English writer, thinkers Walter Peter, Oscar Wild, D.H.Lawrance, (the author of Fox Noval), Indian writers Khuswant Singh, Kamla Das and Ms. Sobha Dey are known for there openness for the writing openly about sex.

Be it a TV Serials, News Paper, Film, Magazine or Theater and Sex seminars etc.

Lord Krishna removed these suppressive barriers and encouraged healthy alliance between the two sexes by way of organizing the blissful programmes of "Raslila" in which the boys and girls, men and women all used to play and dance together. He found it illogical to discriminate among humans on gender basis; so what if one section of the human society can grow moustaches and the other doesn’t. How could the difference between the anatomies of the genitals make one sex inferior or harmful to the other in any way? In fact, this difference in the physical and psychological nature of the two sexes is a remarkable symbol of Nature’s art that offers soothing mutual complementarity’s among them. The sick mentality that the two different sexes would commit mistakes and indulge in obscene, amoral acts whenever they associate is an extreme of mistrust of humans towards themselves.

Chastity of conduct, virtuous development of character could be ensured only by refinement from within. This demands inculcation of sraddha, prudence and farsightedness towards noble ideals and human dignity. Social norms should not prohibit healthy alliance, interaction and collaboration between the two sexes; else the society would be deprived of the great benefits available from the joint efforts, mutual support of its two major pillars. Lord Krishna had propagated this message effectively by his enchanting Raslilas.

The spiritual science of sublime power of the sex-element accords sacred interactions between man and woman. The intimacy of their relationship as married couple could also incorporate sensual connections and mutual satisfaction of sex. There should be no restriction on healthy association, joint efforts and social unions of men and women in general. As two or more men or women can share the joy of friendship without any risk or suspicion, the same way men and women could also maintain unstained, respectful alliance. This natural, serene, sober association should not be prohibited.

The mutually supplementing powers of Prana and Rayi, soma and Agni, and Swaha and Swadha in man and woman are of unique biological, psychological and spiritual importance. The conjugation of these sublime elements holds limitless potentials of genesis, creation and blissful evolution at higher realms of Nature. Reproduction or growth of population is a very crude and negligible expression of this astonishing effect. These two subliminal streams of the source of consciousness and manifestation of Nature should be recognized and realized through the deeper science of spirituality. Sagacity of human mind should check the risk of tragic decline and extinction of human species by preventing the perverted dissipation of the immense energy of Kama – hidden in the sex-element – in erotic passions. This sublime power should rather be channelized wisely for the overall augmentation of the physical, mental and spiritual strength of mankind.

The activity of sex-element in copulation is a subtle biological process. The sensual lust and excitement associated with copulation could be vulgar and shameful. Erotic description of the same could be detrimental and should therefore be avoided. However, knowing the roots of this process in Nature, deciphering the higher dimensions of the vital force and the deeper science of Kama, is neither untoward nor vulgar. It is indeed a part of the Panchagni Vidya – the Vedic science of genesis and evolution of Prana that has been lost in the mist of ignorance and tides of time. Neglect of this great knowledge has caused enough harm to our own lives and potentials. The deep knowledge of multiple aspects of the bioelectrical force and Prana in the sex-elements of man and woman is dealt in the spiritual science of Kama. It should be studied with same sincerity and investigative attitude as any other branch of science.

ECSTASY-(Ati Aanand) Ecstasy sex is a level of sexual experience beyond arousal;, beyond the intense pleasure of orgasm, and even beyond mutuality and intimacy. It comes unbidden during intercourse, and most typically, just at the point of orgasm / ejaculation. There is no mistaking it when it happens.

You and your partner may feel yourselves becoming so close that you merge into one, transcending the limits of your bodies. Or, you alone may feel the bliss shooting up your spine and catapulting you into a dimension of experience you can only describe as cosmic.

The experience you might have and it is hard to put into words. Most like those descriptions are found in our religious scripture state of being totally free from desire. It is a state of pleasure so intense, that while it may be accompanied by an orgasm / ejaculation, you really don’t know whether you are having an orgasm / ejaculation or not. And you both turn to each other and say, “Did you feel that? What was that?”

Spiritual experiences are so highly personal, that one cannot describe typical ecstatic moment. But here are ways one of my Sexual experienced which you will read now.

While she had several orgasms in a row, and then she just seemed to stay in this orgasmic state with a loud cry. She felt like she was there for several minutes although it couldn’t have been more than a few seconds. Her eyes were glazed over. It was like being in an altered state of consciousness.” When she got close to orgasm she felt this white-hot light start at her tailbone and slowly move up her spine.

When it got to her head, she had the orgasm. It was one of the strange things she has ever felt. I asked her if she felt anything strange and she said she felt almost like both of us lifted about six inches off the bed.

Some people have said that they see intense colors or images. Others hear music. Some feel an overwhelming sense of connection with all creation. These experiences are probably due in part to the release of endorphins- besides killing pain; endorphins can cause intensely pleasurable states.

Ecstatic sex is something you cannot make happen. Every time I have experienced it, it has been unplanned. Yet, I do know that the sensate focus approach is much more likely to lead to ecstatic sex than a performance- oriented approach. This is because the state of mind is a prerequisite for ecstatic sex demands that you be in the here and now and one hundred percent focused on your sensations.

The ecstasy associated with intense sexual experiences is the focus of a form of yoga known as tantra. Tantric yoga emphasizes reuniting the basic male and female principles in the cosmos through specific practices and postures. The sexual energy is harnessed in a way that can lead the practitioners to transcendence and ecstasy. Tantra can be practiced by both couples and individuals.

We go singly, independently, alone and un-befriended without any association, any appendage whatsoever. But we take something with us. Like an encrustation that has grown upon us, the forces of Karma cling to our subtle body which alone departs when the physical body is shed.

Lingam mano yatra nisaktam asya:

‘The mind which is the ruling principle in the subtle body carries with it the result of its actions, the Karma-Phala,’ which clings to it like a leech. It will not leave it, wherever it goes. In some other Upanishad it is said that a calf finds its own mother even in the midst of a thousand cows by moving hither and thither in the herd; as it goes to its own mother though the cows may be thousands in number, likewise our Karma will find us wherever we are. We may go to the highest heaven, but the Karma is not going to leave us. We may go to the nether regions; it is not going to leave us. We may go to any corner of creation, but this is not going to leave us. It will find us.

Can Animals Predict Weather?

The important sectors like fisheries, tourism, aviation, naval and air force services, armed forces posted on the arduous mountain heights also highly depend on the predictions of the weather bureaus. On regular basis, they issue two to three bulletins each for the farmers and fishermen. Separate bulletins are issued through wireless communications for the Navy and similarly for the Air Force and Military officials posted in remote regions. In case of the possibility of some abnormality they even release six to ten bulletins giving updated information. Usually, the warning about a likely cyclone in the sea or a snowstorm on the mountains is now given 48 to 72 hours in advance.

The civil aviation units also need updated information on the pattern of weather conditions esp. fog, thick clouds, darkness due to heavy rainfall, or clear sky etc, for the next twelve hours. This information is desired at least a day in advance to (re)schedule the international and domestic flights accordingly. For example some white clouds are thick up to 14 to 18 km and the surface of such a cloud circumvents an average area of about a circle of diameter 5 to 15 km. It can produce static electrical potential of the order of thousands volts and thus char the aircrafts passing through it into ashes in no time.

Be that organization of mega global events like the Olympics, World Cup tournaments, international conferences, national or state level events of sports, meetings, rallies, etc, or the out-door planning of an industrial project, a film-shooting or a family picnic/outing, the information on the whether (of the next month week or day!) is desired everywhere for better planning and preparation.

In spite of all the expertise deployed in data-collection, modeling and inference in which a large number of talented, skilled and well trained brains are employed for doing the job with high-tech communication and computational instruments and networking, it is amazing to look at the natural capabilities of several species of birds and animals in sensing the future weather and geo-events far more precisely than by the well-known experts using high-tech instruments.

If black ants suddenly appear in large numbers even in the forests, it is a definite sign of rise in temperature in the coming days. If they queue up and are seen moving in a haste holding their tiny white eggs, there will be rainfall in a day or two. Wild elephants give prior warning of heavy rains by running in groups in a peculiar manner – keeping their trunks raised towards the sky. A fish found in Japan can naturally change its colors like a chameleon. When it appears in red color, then there is a strong possibility of rains; its green color corresponds to fall in the temperature. It adopts white color before the onset of summer or rise in temperature. Many people in Japan keep it at home in small aquariums or specially designed jars as a weather forecaster.

White pigeons are also experts in weather prediction. They fly much higher than usual and in a queue a few days before off-season rains. A wild spider called "Leha" is found in the thick forests of Latin America. If all of a sudden it furiously breaks its huge web then one should take note that there would be heavy rains with stormy winds in next 24 hours. Several birds are also gifted with the expertise to predict cyclonic rains and hurricanes. Saras in the hills of Tibet and Darjiling are famous as most advanced sensors of thunder- showers or heavy rains. Days before, when even the radars of weather departments don't capture the clouds, these are seen shifting with their 'families' to the caves or similar protective grooves between huge rocks. Local residents get alerted by this warning and plan their activities with due protection and safety.

Several birds found in the gigantic mountains in the Northern hemisphere, amaze the researchers, as these birds sense snowfall almost a month in advance and fly away to safer and warmer places. It is really stunning that even the high-tech instruments of today are able to make predictions of such phenomena only 24 hours in advance, that too only with some probability!

Most importantly, many animals sense the seismographic vibrations more accurately from a longer distance and much in advance as compared to any of the seismograph developed so far. Moreover their sensors don't miss it for reasons like weak signals or noise. Most of the wild animals sense the occurrence of earthquake or eruption of volcano from a long distance few days before and behave unusually; they often run away fast in a panic. The pets are also not deprived of this potential. A study in China has affirmed that dogs tied inside the house hurriedly and aggressively attempt breaking their chains and running away more than 24 hours before an earthquake in the surrounding region. Even if not tied they behave unusually a couple of days before an earthquake strikes their or in the neighboring areas a few kilometers away; they stop barking and fighting and also hug each other, as though a mark of 'goodbye' before the final journey. Similar behavior is observed in rats, cats and some other pets. The 'Chibie' birds of Japan fly away to far distant places a day before the eruption of an earthquake.

Many a fish laid their eggs on the seashore only when there is no chance of any wave reaching up to that spot. Just imagine if they would have relied on our high-tech devices and simulations which can never be precise, even in predicting the normal course of high and low tides, beyond a range of several hundred meters (of the size and range of strike of the waves) and an hour or so (of the instance of high or low tide). A mistake of even half a minutes and a foot in the 'calculations' of the fish would risk its eggs being swept away by the waves. But see! These marine creatures never miss it, as though the ocean itself adjusts its waves with due care for their safety.

Many examples of this kind make us pause and feel humble and small before the wonder-filled wisdom of Nature at so-called sub-human levels. How and why Nature has gifted the tiny creatures with such marvelous sensors and processors? Is it only to remind man not to boast of his technological and innovative achievements and desist from ruling over the entire animal kingdom? Or is it to offer a natural help to mankind to be alert and protected from calamities? As stressed by noted scientist Dr. Bill Schul in his interesting book "The Psychic Power of Animals", we should respect the existence of animals and birds and attempt to know and modify our predictions about the happenings in Nature with their help.

How to fix the systems in our Lives ?

Life is made up of a series of systems which can be changed to make our lives better.

We all have systems going on in our lives: sleep, career, hobbies, relationships, money management, goals, personal hygiene, health, eating, etc. I believe one of the key components of a successful life is to be able to manage all the systems in our lives as efficiently and as painless as possible.

For example if we have a health problem, we have to look at the system of health in our life, dissect it and find out where the problem is lying and look at ways of fixing it.

Similarly if we have a problem with managing our money, we dissect the money management system and look for the reasons we cannot manage our money correctly, and then look at ways of fixing it.

What I’ve come to realize that when these systems are working well our lives tend to go well and everything is hunky dory, but when one of the systems fail, it causes the others to fail in some way as well. It’s like a cog in a machine, if one of the cogs break then it effectively breaks the whole machine.

Sleep is a system which has a set of subsystems, which, if tweaked correctly, can help us to get a great night sleep, give us more energy and allow us to sleep less. We just have to look at sleep as a whole, break it down and then start tweaking what’s not working.

Then, when I started looking at other areas of life I soon realized than we can do this with almost every area of our life. If we think about it we are a system of habits. Most of our life is made up of things we do every day, day and day out and it doesn’t change much. This might make us humans sound dull and uninteresting but it’s a good thing really as it keeps our lives together, it keeps us from feeling stressed as we know pretty much what we are going to be doing this time next week, we know where we will be celebrating Deepawali, we know when we are going on holiday, we know we are going to work, when we sit down for dinner, when we have to study and the list goes on. So because we are going to live our lives like this wouldn’t it make sense to make it the best system we could and make things run smoothly and even make it work for us, and make it better.

The system in our lives

One of the first things to do is look at every system in your life just now and assesses it. The simple way to assess it is just give it a mark out of 10, nothing fancy, a quick, intuitive mark which tells you how well you think that particular part of life is going.

Look at some of the systems below, add some of your own and give them a mark out of 10:

1. Health
2. Carrier
3. Marriage
4. Relationship with children
5. Money
6. Life goals
7. friends
8. Sleep
9. Diet
10. Spirituality
11. Fun

I will give you an example of the diet system in your life and how it can be analysed:

Suppose a person’s diet is not going so great, so it would be time to look at his diet and figure out why he only scored it 6 out of 10. And that would be the next part; to drill down on the system and find the sub-systems in order to tweak it as much as possible.

Looking at the sub-systems

Once we recognize that something isn’t quite right with one of the systems in our life we can then drill down on it to find out why it’s not working and aim to look at fixing it.

In case of diet one can ask following questions (Subsystems):

1 What I eat?
2 What do I drink?
3 How many calories do I consume?
4 What type of food do I eat?
5 When do I eat?
6 What foods make me sluggish?
7 What are the staple foods I eat? Etc.

From the example above you can ask a lot of questions about the system of your diet and look at each different sub-system and start to tweak it. It would be a matter of testing and tweaking until you get that particular system of your life just right, and keep on tweaking it until it is perfect.

Of course there could be two or three sub-systems that work hand in hand to affect the overall harmony of the whole system. So you might think your diet is not that great and you keep putting on a few pounds no matter how little you eat, but it could be you’re eating late at night and hardly anything during the day. This means that your body is storing fat during the day as it thinks you’re not eating enough and you’re releasing fat at night, but not as much due to your expanding less energy when you are sleeping.

Looking at all your sub-systems

When you start to look at all the systems of your life in turn and drill down on them and look at the sub-systems you can really get a handle on the things that you need to do to improve your overall life.

This is a just brief overview of looking at the systems in your life and I hope it makes sense and is useful in your life.

PERSONAL PERCEPTION

Different people have different perception. One man's meat could be another man's poison.

A couple bought a donkey from the market. On the way home, a boy commented, "Very stupid. Why neither of them rides on the donkey?” Upon hearing that, the husband let the wife ride on the donkey. He walked besides them. Later, an old man saw it and commented, "The husband is the head of family. How can the wife ride on the donkey while the husband is on foot?" Hearing this, the wife quickly got down and let the husband ride on the donkey. Further on the way home, they met an old Lady. She commented, "How can the man ride on the donkey but let the wife walk. He is no gentleman." The husband thus quickly asked the wife to join him on the donkey. Then, they met a young man. He commented, "Poor donkey, how can you hold up the weight of two persons. They are cruel to you." Hearing that, the husband and wife immediately climbed down from the donkey and carried it on their shoulders.

It seems to be the only choice left. Later, on a narrow bridge, the donkey was frightened and struggled. They lost their balance and fell into the river.

You can never have everyone praise you, nor will everyone condemn you. Never in the past, not at present, and never will be in the future. Thus, do not be too bothered by others words if our conscience is clear.
We are what you think - the power of Thoughts

Thoughts affect us in a number of ways. Thoughts are a vital tool in creating the reality we experience. They create our emotional states. They affect our bodies and, therefore, our health. Thoughts influence our responses to life and our relationships. Thoughts determine our choices.

We are a living magnet; we invariably attract into our life the people, situations and circumstances that are in harmony with our dominant thoughts.

This is one of the great laws that explain much of success and failure in business and personal life. It has been written about as far back as the ancient Egyptian mystery schools, 3000 years before Christ. It is so powerful, pervasive and all encompassing that it affects everything you do or say, or even think or feel.

Creative Visualization And The Law of Attraction

Visualization is easy to use. Like all the other tools of creation, we use visualization every day to create our experience of reality. Daydreaming, fantasizing, mental rehearsals, and imagination are all examples of visualization. We have all daydreamed about an upcoming vacation or a visit with a favorite friend. Many of us have fantasized about winning the lottery or getting a better job.

The Universal Law of Allowing

Do you think that if someone with beliefs opposed to yours gets their way, you can't have your way? Or do you believe there's room for it all? Of the three Universal Laws of Attraction, the Law of Allowing may be the most difficult one to get our hearts and minds around.

Are there any laws governing the Universe?

Yes, but not in the sense that a lawmaker has devised a law. Laws exist which are natural laws, similar to the Laws of Physics that your scientists recognise. The primary law is the Law of Love; all things exist within this law and are created out of it. Love is the total and complete acceptance of what is. Love allows. Love is about allowing yourself to be who and what you are and allowing that same right to all others.
Without the Law of Love, free will could not exist, for free will is free will.

Growing Energy Balls

Most of the time, we take a longer and more involved "route" to fulfillment than we need to, because we tend to focus on working toward our goals through physical action rather than manifesting them through inner vision. When we employ the law of attraction and focus our full attention on what we desire, we fuel the creation of what we want in our lives. The more we focus on a particular goal, the stronger its potential becomes. Through repeated thought or focus, we actually create a thought form that becomes self-sustaining.

The Power of Concentration and the Law of Attraction

Everything in creation is influenced by the law of magnetism (also called Law of Attraction). The law of magnetism teaches us that whatever we concentrate upon, we draw to ourselves. If we focus on goodness, our life can be a garden of happiness; if we concentrate on wealth, we will draw wealth to ourselves.

Success in life presupposes the power of concentration. Just as a magnet draws to itself iron filings and not rice grains, so too, the quality of our focused thoughts will create a dynamic but silent power within that will find us placed in situations akin to the nature of our thoughts. If we think ' good health ' and with faith and belief embed this deeply within our minds over a sustained period of time, we will gradually create for ourselves situations and an environment, which will be conducive to good health.
The Universal Laws that Create our Future

Dr. Wernher Von Braun, whom many consider the "father" of the space program, was once quoted as saying "...I just can't envision this whole universe coming together without something like divine will. The natural laws of the universe are so precise that we have no difficulty building a spaceship to the moon and can time the flight with the precision of a fraction of a second."

The Most Powerful Law in the Universe is the Law of Attraction

Are we aware of what a powerful creator you are? Do we know that everything that is happening to us or has ever happened to us is, without exception, in full response to our thoughts - and more importantly - the emotions behind those thoughts? If we take a look at our life. There are probably some areas we're really happy with and some areas we're not so happy with. We may even believe we are a victim of our circumstances. We are not a victim! It's simply a matter of understanding how to play the Game (of Life) by understanding the rules...the Laws that define the Game.
Everyday Metaphysics

We all live metaphysical lives, whether we are aware of it or not. What we desire becomes manifest in our lives. What we fear becomes manifest in our lives. When these things happen, we are experiencing the Law of Attraction (sometimes called the Law of Resonance.) The Law of Attraction states that we create (co-create with God) in our lives that which we focus on. The vibration sent out to the Universe of what we fear or desire or believe attracts to us things that resonate with our fears, desires and beliefs. Our lives are always in sync with exactly what we believe about our lives.

THE CREATIVE PROCESS - We are Creators

We are immersed in and responsible for the creative process, which dictates the outcome of our individual and collective lives in every moment.
We talk about how the greatest secret in the world is that you and I are incredibly powerful and aware creators.
We note that we are spiritual beings having a human experience.
We talk about the Law of creation and how it works equally for everyone without judgment.
We agree that our world is exactly what we collectively design it to be -- all of the time and that our universe operates as if we knew that we were powerful creators.
We reveal that our world expects that we know that what we think and say is what we create and what we get.
We note that God has not left us, but the reality is that we have left God!
We show that the time has finally come for us to wake up!
We suggest that the prerequisite for conscious creation is that we must have a strong belief if we are to be effective creators and that this strong belief is called "Faith."

This is one of those things that just is - and whether it works for you or against you is completely up to you. "It" is the Law of Attraction, and it can be a powerful business tool. Let me explain it in this way.

First, what is the law of attraction? Well, its basis is in metaphysics, which considers every thought and emotion we experience to have energy. Positive thoughts and feelings vibrate at a certain energy level, and negative thoughts and feelings at another. So, in simple terms, the law of attraction states that like attracts like.

Story from Upanishad

There is a story from Upanishad. Sage Yagyavalkya (Son of Brahma) was in an assembly where many philosophers had gathered. He was being bombarded with questions. Among the questioners were Gargi and her 18-year-old niece, Maitreyi. As Maitreyi watched Yagyavalkya demolish every philosopher’s misconception and answer every question with erudition and wisdom, she fell in love with him. Maitreyi, who was Gargi’s brother Mitra’s daughter, was already sensitive to and interested in philosophical discourse as she grew up hearing philosophy from her aunt.

Now having heard and seen Yagyavalkya, the young girl wished to learn from him. However, there was a problem: How could she learn from a man? Would that not set tongues wagging? Worse, she found Yagyavalkya was already married and that too to a wonderful lady called Katyayani. Maitreyi confided in her aunt and her parents and eventually the celebrated aunt and father reached Yagyavalkya’s doorstep to tell him of Maitreyi’s resolve. Yagyavalkya said his body already belonged to another and he could not answer or accede to their request.

They then approached Katyayani and she consented. Maitreyi lived a happy life, learning all wisdom from her husband. Then one day Yagyavalkya decided he would renounce the world and become an ascetic. He divided his property into two parts; he was not worried about Katyayani – she would accept his decision and her share and live happily. The problem came with Maitreyi. Would she accept? As Yagyavalkya had feared, Maitreyi did not accept his decision. She asked him if his wealth would get her immortality.

No, said her husband. “Nothing can buy immortality”. In another discussion he had likened the tree to man and said while a tree regenerates even after being cut, man does not appear to do so. It is the soul, the Brahmn or Atman that is born again. This he explains with different examples to Maitreyi. “But,” asks Maitreyi, “When the visible world disappears, how does Brahmn remain?” Yagyavalkya gives the example of a grain of salt, which is the same from within and without and dissolves without any sign in water.

That he says is how the Brahmn functions. Salt has the same taste – as a solid and after it is immersed in any liquid. Such is Brahmn, the all-pervasive oneness. Yagyavalkya, however, recognises that to appreciate that everything is Brahmn, one ought to first develop detachment with the world. Or else how does one view it objectively? So he begins by saying that the love for the husband or the son or for anything for that matter is not for them but more for one’s own sake. “We are husband and wife Maitreyi; why do you love me? Do you love me for my sake? I don’t think so. Something within you draws satisfaction through your love for me. That something in you is the soul. Because your own Atman is dear to you, caused by contact with that Atman, objects considered as your own also become dear. However, the Atman itself is entirely free from all relationships.”

We love mainly for the satisfaction and comfort it gives us. We love because we want to love. To realise this truth is to realise the importance of the people around you. They give you some satisfaction; you need to love them. So one can draw comfort from the fact that even the attachment for the other is rooted in the beauty of one’s own soul…and in that beauty every soul is one.

The third eye of wisdom

Once, the Tamil saint Manikkavasagar, who was the chief minister of a Pandiyan king, was sent on a mission to buy horses for the military. On the way, he met Shiva who appeared in human form, as a guru. Shiva simply looked at Manikkavasagar and the latter got completely transformed. Manikkavasagar forgot all about his identity as chief minister, about his wife and children – all these identities vanished into thin air. He used the money that the king had given him to buy horses, to build a temple for Shiva.

After the initiation was over, Shiva disappeared Manikkavasagar recounted that during this meeting he had a trade-off with Shiva: “You give your Self to me and take my ‘self’’’. He wondered who had the better trade-off; while Shiva got nothing from him, Manikkavasagar received everything. Hence it is said that a true guru is the one who can give you liberation just by a glance.

The Shiva Sutras mention a path called ‘Shambava Upaya’, which refers to receiving the results of meditation instantaneously.

Here, you experience an immediate expansion in your awareness and acquire divine consciousness. Actually, it is not accomplished through meditation; it is done through the grace of the guru. You don’t do anything; you don’t even meditate, once you have a guru in your life. Through grace, the guru is able to transfer everything to you. You can read books and gain understanding about the process of enlightenment. However, you will still remain in the theoretical domain. The fundamental thing in enlightenment is the opening of the third eye.

The third eye will just not open by theoretical understanding and it is extremely rare to open it through one’s own practice. You need to do more than that.

When the third eye opens, you can always stay in a higher state of consciousness and are totally focused on God. Then, you are not pulled by karma, maya and ego, and do not return to the old state of consciousness. Then, you know what is going to happen in the future and what is going to happen to the world. The third eye is also the place for manifesting your thoughts and desires.

How can you open the third eye? You can do that through grace. Keep on praying for mercy. When the divine light enters the third eye, you will find that you are awakened. Who is going to do that? It is the guru. That’s why, in Indian spiritual tradition, the guru is everything. What about the traditions and religions where there is no guru? There, the Messiah and the Prophet are gurus. They are called by different names; they are representatives of God on earth in karma removal too, the guru can play a great role.

When you open your mind and spirit to the guru, it can help you to remove your ego, the part within you which holds on to karmic thoughts and actions. Why do we focus on the guru’s feet? It is to cultivate humility, to banish the ego. Keep visualising the feet of the guru; surrender to his wisdom and learn to acquire knowledge. By doing so, you can teach yourself to completely overcome suffering and doubt. The guru’s feet will help access divine energy and bring you incredible peace. You will be transformed.

Garbha Upanishad (2)

Like other sages of the Upanishads, Pippalada is systematic and rational. The physical basis of life, and the sequence following the development of the embryo, is clearly defined. He describes the basis of life mystically in categories that go, in sequence, from 2 to 7. In the body emerge 8 natures and in it arise 16 modifications that are similar to the tattvas of Sankhya.

The embryo is taken to have become Jiva (conscious soul) in the seventh month, and in the eighth month, it become complete in every sense. This gives the time the fetus becomes a person, with attendant legal rights. It is not explained how Jiva comes to be attached to the body.

Although other passages indicate that the Jiva resides in the heart’s recess, it also suffuses the entire body; further more its identity with the Purusha means that mysteriously, it is the one with the entire universe. The distinction also implies the existence of the subtle body (Lingam). In the Sarvasara Upanishad, the subtle body is defined as created out of the mind and other subtle elements that reside in the knot of the heart. The consciousness within the subtle body is called the “knower of the field” (Ksetrajna).

The body is an instrument of the heart, but for it to be able to do what it can, the Ksetrajna must be free: this is Moksha or Mukti.

If the Father’s seed is more potent, it becomes a male and if the Mother’s seed is stronger, it becomes female. If the seed of both the father and the mother are equal with no pulling force in either, it becomes a napumsaka. (Neither a male nor a female)

It is born as a blind or as a deaf or dumb or short or with other deficiency due to any mental confusion, or agitated during the time of impregnation. If the male reproductive fluid is split because of the air moving around in the body, twins are born.

Having obtained this intelligence, (When the body comprised of the five natural forces acquires intelligence by the infusion of the jivan (or the soul), it also acquires the five intellectual organs and the brain, which enables the jivan to distinguish between different forms of objects and tastes.) The jivan immediately starts contemplating on the eternal syllable “OM”. Once he digests the essence of the same, he understands the fact that the eight basic forces (five sense organs, the mind, intellect and ego) and their sixteen modifications belong to self, the soul or the jivan residing in the body.

Whatever is consumed or drunk by the mother passes through the nerves dovetailed with the child’s to the jivan, which is satisfied with such feed. It is during the ninth month that all the sense organs and intellect organs attain completeness. And during this time, the jivan is reminded of its previous birth and it realizes all the good and bad deeds it committed during such previous birth.

Thus thinks the jivan: “By me thousands of birth points (vagina) have been seen; various foods have been tasted; and innumerable time’s mother’s milk has been drunk (to convey that the jivan had various mothers during its earlier births). I have born and died again and again. All my near and dear (of earlier births) for whom I performed various actions (in earlier births), whether good or bad, have enjoyed the benefits of my actions and have left me all alone. I am left behind all alone.

When I get out of this womb, I will take refuge in Sankhya-Yoga, which destroys misery and yields liberation; when I get out of this womb, I will take refuse in Maheswara, who destroys misery and grants liberation.

Once I come out of this birth source (vagina), I am going to surrender myself to the destroyer of all sins and the Salvation provider –called as Narayana (or the Supreme Being called by various names). Who destroys misery and grant liberation? When I get out of this womb, I will meditate on the eternal Brahman.

I am going to practice the Gnaana Yoga (the pursuit of knowledge) strictly to destroy all my sins and to release myself from the bandings of all actions in this materialistic world. Once I come out of this birth source, I am going to contemplate on this Supreme Divine Brahman.” – These are the thoughts of the jivan during the time it remains in the womb.

However, when he reaches the birth source (vagina) and comes out of it with great difficulty on to the earth, he is inflicted with the illusory force (Maya) created by Vishnu and immediately forgets all the previous births and the deeds performed therein. His memory is cleansed of all the history the very moment he first inhales the air after coming to the earth.

Unless man does all he can, to attain Godhead, the main pain that he is going to encounter after death, is that he did not attain the real objective of his life, which happens to be to realize his true Spiritual Potential.

The Aitareya Upnishad speaks of four kinds of life: born alive, born from egg, born from moisture (insects), and born from germ (plants).

(These all) are born of eggs, of wombs, of moisture, and of sprouts, namely horses, cattle, men, elephants, and all creatures that there are that move or fly and those that do not move. All these are guided by consciousness and supported by consciousness; the basis is consciousness. Consciousness is Brahman. Consciousness is not taken to exist only in the human, but in all life.

The Garbha Upanishad is a treatise. It expounds the details of what human consciousness goes through, while it still resides in the womb, in the form of a fetus.

When the brain of the fetus forms, its active mind is more active than that of children and/or adults. The reason is that while in the womb, the fetus is not distracted by the senses, and its connection with the attractions and distractions of the outside world.

So now the soul, imprisoned within the mother, goes through physical and emotional turmoil.

He now realizes the fact that he is going to incarnate once again to go through trials and tribulations, whose main objective is that he learns through pain, to become, what he intrinsically is: An image of God!

The Garbha Upanishad states that, the fetus promises God, that he will not repeat his evil deeds. But alas! When the child is born, a force called the ‘Vaishnava Prana touches him, and he forgets his thoughts and prayer.

So the learning process continues!

Arjuna in the Bhagvad Geeta asked Krishna, what happens, if man dies while putting in his effort to learn about Spiritual truths in one life?

It is heartening to note, that man, take off, from where he left off, in his spiritual efforts.

Look deep within you as you read these words, do they ring a bell? Do they sound true? Ask yourself! Your SELF will reply!
Garbha Upanishad (1)

This Upnishad Explains in detail about the conception and growth of a child in the mother’s womb, while it still resides in the womb, in the form of a fetus. At each stage of development in the womb, the physical condition of the child’s body and the mental state and the condition of the jeevan (the soul) within is also explained in detail in this scripture, The soul trapped within the maternal womb, goes through a state of emotional turmoil, remembering past births and deaths.. It is great wonder that our ancient Rishis (the seers of truth) were able to grasp and visualize such intense secrets about the body and soul in those ancient days when there were no traces of today’s modern science and research. To go a step ahead, we can even say that parts of this Upanishad are yet to be physically researched and understood by the modern scientists and will remain unknown to the Science world till such time. This Upanishad is part of the Krishna Yajur Veda.

Garbha Upanishad states that the fetus before birth promises God not to repeat evil deeds but during the process of birth, a force called the ‘Vaishnava Prana touches him, and he forgets his thoughts and prayers. This entails repeating the process of learning and seeking the ultimate truth once again in the life granted.

The body is Fivefold in nature (the five elements), existing in the five, depending on the six support (Tastes of food), connected with the six qualities, (kama etc.) seven Dhatus (tissues), three impurities, having two yonis (of excretion), and (nourished by) four kind of food.

Why is the body called as “Panchaatmakam?” (Pancha -Five)

Because it is constituted out of the five forces of nature, the five elements – viz., Earth, Water, Fire, Wind and Ether. In this body, whatever is hard is of Earth, liquid is water, warm is fire, whatever moves about is air and space-enclosed is ether. The function of the Earth is to support; water is to consolidate (digestion etc.). Fire is to see, wind is for moving, and Ether is to give space (for vital functions).

There the earth is to support, water is to consolidate, fire is for light, Air is for movement (sound), and ether is to provide space. Separately, ear are receive words, the skin for touch, eyes are used in seeing form, tongue for taste, nose for smell, and genitalia are for pleasure and apana evacuation. One cognizes with the intellect buddhi, evacuations with the mind manas, and speak with words vak.

How is the six-fold support? It is said to be the six tastes (of food) sweet, acid, salty, pungent, bitter, and astringent. And sadja, rsabha, gandhara, panchama, madhyama, dhaivata, nishada, together with agreeable and disagreeable sounds and prayer, make ten categories.

It has White, Red, and Black smokey gray, Yellow, Tawny and Pale-White – these are the colours of the seven Dhatus (tissues). Why? For Devadatta (any person) there springs up in his mind desire for enjoyment of objects. From the proper combination of qualities, six types of taste (rasa) emerge. From relish of food blood is born, from it is flesh, thence fat, bones, marrow, semen; by the combination of semen and blood the embryo/foetus (garbha) is born. And its growth is regulated by the heart (mother’s heartbeat as well as the embryo’s).

The seven dhatua are in the heart where there’s inner fire; at the place of the fire I pitta (bile); at the pitta-organs is movement (vayu); and at the vayu -place is the heart, all groiwing in order according to the law (Prajapati)

THE METHOD TO LIBERATE ONESELF FROM LIFE AND DEATH

Due to the actions performed, the body has to undergo transmigration and as a result a wale of sufferings. Humans can liberate themselves only when they realize the eternal truth and the supreme God in their heart. That supreme God is formless but can be attained by devotion, faith and pure love. A person who realizes him becomes immortal and is freed from the vicious cycle of life and death.

At the time of death the soul leaves the physical body but takes the wiliness body and Conscious body along with it. The body is a carrier of soul

All the egg cells in the ovary of the female are formed before birth, and none can be formed later. The male is different; Spermatozoa are continuously being formed in his testicles from puberty onwards, and into old age. The father determines the sex of the child.
According to Hindu Texts when one dies, his soul or life energy or soul which is enveloped in the Linga Sarira or a subtle sheath and invested with the sum total of good and bad Karma passes after sometime into another plane shaping of the gross body as a man castes of his own - out clothes and put on new one.

His re- birth then take place in a physical body corresponding with the deeds done by him in his previous life. The process of death and birth go on until Moksha or final liberation. The Karma is the result of our actions and our actions are due to our thoughts and hence it is man who creates his karma for it is the product of his thought.

The formation of the embryo and its stages of development

On a perfect day and on the uniting of the male and female reproductive fluids, after the lapse of one night, the embryo is in a mixed (semi-fluid) state. After seven nights from thereon, it takes the shape of a bubble formed out of water. At the end of a fortnight, it takes the shape of a solid lump. It gets solidified and hardened at the end of one month.

In two months, the head takes form. At the end of three months, the legs and foot are formed.

And by the fourth month, the wrist, stomach and the hip, waist etc are formed. During the fifth month, the spine and the adjoining bones get shaped. The Mouth, Nose, Eyes and the Ears are all formed during the sixth month.

In the seventh month, life or the jivan (Soul) enters the body shaped so far. By the eighth month, it attains full shape and gets fulfilled with all other remaining parts.

Man’s History ---

Man's History is the history of his struggle to conquer the nature and harness it in the service of mankind. The more we read the man’s history and scriptures more we get convinced that a vast reservoir of powerful facilities are dormant within us and once these are activated one could create a life Maharishi Valmiki could even create “KUSH” out of a straw.

In a day of yore, two pieces of wood were rubbed against each other to produce flames. The sparks were invisible till they were brought out. Likewise, milk contains Gee but it can not be seen till a special process is adopted.

It is also true that the finest machines made by man cannot be compared with the marvels of the human body and the intricate way in which all parts work together to keep in health. Here is a living organism that not only reproduces its own kind, but also repairs itself and has the ability to think and plan for the future, so that race is preserved and its ideals are perpetuated.

Our life functions in an organic connectivity. We are one life and this life itself is godliness. While we are creating conflict constantly, living in man-made divisions of religions, races and nations, a man of meditation comes to realize that there exit no divisions and fractions in life. All divisions exist only in the over-developed heads and under-developed heads of people. We are conscious of the leaves, branches and stream of the tree, but we cannot see the roots of the tree, the source of one life. This is the real misery of men on earth.

As in every part of the human body, there is a wonderful harmony and inner strength that enable it to overcome almost serious handicap. Trouble comes when that harmony is broken. Perhaps, through poor habits in living. The germs of decease may then enter and eventually destroy the body unless they are checked by normal defense mechanisms of the body.
Cosmic Cobweb:-

The Universe is a cosmic cobweb of God, who is the Great Spider, who spins it out with his own excretions. We are flies caught in the cobweb, but our slightest motion disturbs the entire cobweb and brings it to the notice of the Great Spider.

The Spider is aware of the fly, as the fly is aware of the Spider. The Spider can harm or help the fly as it chooses. But this choice is not arbitrary. If proceeds from our past Karma, our pains and pleasures, gains and looses, friends and foes is the product of our previous Karma.

When God created the universe and the soul entered the human body, the embodied soul needed divine guidance to lead a meaningful life. That’s when divine guidance came to man though the Vedas. In the Yajur Veda, the second mantra ea= in the 26th chapter makes it clear that the right to read the Vedas is universal. The ea= mantra reads:

Yatheman vacham kalyanima vadani janebhyah
Brahma raianyabhyam shudrai charyaych swaya charnat ch…

UNIVERSE:- We are living on a small earth, which is a part of one solar system, (a physical Plan) which can be seen by the naked eyes. There are eight Plans.

1. Physical.
2. Astral
3. Causal
4. Super Causal
5. Cosmic
6. Super Cosmic
7. Nameless and
8. Absolute

We should know--Where we are? What we are? Why we are? And where we were?

The Physical body- The Physical Body is two types, one is wiliness body and the other is Conscious body. Will or lust of will when completed the soul leaves the wiliness body like the Physical Body . Wiliness Body is one which is called as Pretatma movements are like mad, these cannot stay at one place, to full fill its will and wish it wanders here and there, and when it finds any live person’s will, according to its own nature, it full fill via their body. Pretatma has got a very attachment towards Physical Body . If it finds alike its will it enters in that body and full fills its wishes.

But Conscious Body does not have such tendencies. The body with Conscious Soul is called Consciousness Body and these have got self-determination, wishes with particular aim lives in these bodies.

PHYSICAL

Consciousness body and is having tremendous power. Its will power also determined. The consciousness body lives at one place only. If it finds a difficult to get a physical body, it would get into the Physical body of its own near and dear person with its own determination. It will full fill all it’s will and wishes through its own near and dear.

A person, who has developed, his conscious body with Yoga Sadhna, He can see them and have a contact with them. Willness body and Consciousness body also have one or two different subjects. Willness body also called the All the three bodies are inter related and depend on each other. At the time of death the Soul leaves the Physical Body but remains with two other bodies.

The first three stages are in our body. Physical Body being when we are alive; when we die our ethereal counter part of body gets freedom from the physical body and goes to astral. The astral world is the subtle universe compound of finer then atomic forces, vibration of life energy. At physical death, man goes in his astral body of light to one of the astral planets according to merit of KARMAS.

Know Yourself

i.e. “Die when you live” so the Swamis and Sadhu and Saints do Yoga Sadhana and meditation. By taking SAMADHI Meditation Sadhak takes out his soul from his body and see the body with out soul, which is only a dead body, Where is I……….when he was alive, he use to speak ? It is here………. out of Body, then the realization of the inner self comes, It only can be done in guidance of GURU because for entering and taking soul GURU guidance is required.

The entire quest of Sadhana is to look for and to realize this inner self. This is when you get to know your inner self and then you start knowing that you are a different entity and this body is not really you, you will start getting your answers from within, “Your inner self is that entity which keeps your system tickling all the time”.

Occultists believe that the soul or austral body can be free from physical body LFkwy 'kjhj by disciplines of concentration akin to yoga. But there are numerous occasions when black magic take the form of occult and give it a bad name the unscrupulous wizards and magicians. They thrive, crude forms, of pagan worship.

AUSTRAL

Hate Fear Anger Violence Jealousy

Love Non-fearing Kindness Friendship Affection

The Astral body is constantly in a state of alert. It never rests. Impressions of its activities, excitement and dynamism even as it interacting with a subtler and a grosser body are passed on to the surrounding astral atmosphere. This disturbance is akin to that created by a loudspeaker in its surrounding. Its diaphragm vibrates to the tune that is broadcast and sound waves propagating there from making the listener aware of the tune. In the same manner astral body causes a wave of disturbance in astral atmosphere. The aura-seer ( Body Radiation) picks up these vibrations when he gets tuned to receive them (like tuning in to AIR broadcasts).

Book that will changes the course of your life

PREFACE

New books are being published every day, and millions of books are available Worldwide. Still people just love reading them. The thirst for knowledge and wisdom, fiction and fun is insatiable. Once in a while we come across a book that transforms us and changes the course of our life.

There are millions of books in the world, but this book of stands out far above any other book in existence. It is unfortunate that very few people are acquainted with this book because it is not a religious scripture. It is a parable, a fiction, but containing oceanic truth. It is a small book; this single book contains my whole experience.

“It is an extraordinary book in the sense that you can read it and miss it completely, because the meaning of the book is not in the words of the book. The meaning of the book is running side by side in silence between the words, between the lines, in the gaps. If you are in a state of meditativeness if you are not only reading a fiction but you are encountering the whole religious experience of a great human being, absorbing it; not intellectually understanding it. The words are there but they become secondary. Something else becomes primary: the silence that those words create. The words affect your mind, and the music goes directly to your heart.”

Reading a book like the book is an art by itself. And it is a book to be read by the heart, not by the mind. It is a book not to be understood, but experienced. It is something phenomenal. Millions of people have tried to write books so that they can express the inexpressible, but they have utterly failed. If you allow it, the book becomes alive and something starts happening to your being.”

It is my Joy to state that the subject covered in this book of Total knowledge to bring complete enlightenment to everyone, simply because it is the essence of our sacred Shshtras, Puranas, Vedas, and epics. The secretes of the nature are unrevealed before our eyes.

And as these secrets of nature are unrevealed before our eyes, we come to understand ourselves more fully and appreciate the benefits of living in harmony with the laws of nature. These are the laws that guide the sun and the stars, and cause the plants to grow and the flowers to bloom. This is the power we see at work within the human mind and the body, the power of the life itself. Such a study not only helps us to closer to the great mind that rules the mighty Universe all around us.

A living being, especially civilized man, has a natural desire to live forever in happiness. This is quite natural because, in his original state, the living being is both eternal and joyful. However, in the present conditioned state of life, he is engaged in a struggle against recurring birth and death. Therefore he has attained neither happiness nor immortality.

The latest desire man has developed is the desire to travel to other planets. This is also quite natural, because he has the constitutional right to go to any part of the material or spiritual skies. Such travel is very tempting and exciting because these skies are full of unlimited globes of varying qualities, and they are occupied by all types of living entities. The desire to travel there can be fulfilled by the process of yoga, which serves as a means by which one can transfer himself to whatever planet he likes--possibly to planets

Where life is not only eternal and blissful, but where there are multiple varieties of enjoyable energies. Anyone who can attain the freedom of the spiritual planets need never return to this miserable land of birth, old age, disease and death.

One can attain this stage of perfection very easily by his individual effort. He can simply follow, in his own home, the prescribed method of Bhakti-yoga. This method, under proper guidance, is simple and enjoyable. An attempt is made herein to give information to the people in general, and to philosophers and religionists in particular, as to how one can transfer oneself to other planets by this process of Bhakti-yoga --the highest of all yogic processes.

We are lucky to have been born on this sacred land, which once upon a time was the Land of gods. It can and should still regain its glory, if we, the devotees, the worshipers of the Vedic (Indian) Philosophy, sincerely adopt its values and attempt towards spiritual elevation of our conduct and refinement of the ambience around us. Divine beings generate love, peace, beauty, piety, bliss and prosperity wherever they go. We should also adopt and expand such qualities.

Truly we live in a thrilling age. Everyday new discoveries are being made, so that we may live without pain and unnecessary suffering. We are continuously finding new ways of conquering the dread diseases that have so long held the whole human race in bondage.

It is also well known that the quest for health is almost as old as the human race itself. This we know from the most ancient writing of the past. And still the wonderful search goes on, for there is no quest in which man and woman are as vitally interested as in this search for vibrant, youthful living.

Man is the most superior creation of the cosmic order. Once he knows how he can improve his fortune, he will certainly take measures to improve it. He will become the architect of his destiny and not a tool of the destiny.

Human is better placed than the other species. He is not born just to enjoy pleasures. All sentiment being eaten, drinks, sleep, and possess sexual impulses. The Beast need not labor much to obtain their needs but the civilized man has to toil to get his food and shelter. By mere eating of grass the elephant grows to a huge size. A lion deprived of its meat will not consume grass. But man’s desire can never be satisfied, by enjoying pleasure. He has been gifted with various senses and he should use them properly.

The animals confronted with danger protect themselves in many ways. But man has no poisonous fangs to bite. Their hands and legs are used for constructive purposes. The organs provided for man should be utilized for creative purposes. The organs provided for man should be utilized for creating conditions for better living. No doubt that all the beings in the world have been created by a super power –God.

The millions of creature from amoebas to mighty animals do not acquire knowledge, but the human beings are a special category and they desire to equip themselves with knowledge and regulate their day-to-day activities.

Man wants to be Happy- but the interpretation of Happiness for every individual is completely different. To some happiness means a relationship with God. For most of people means earning a substantial amount of money.

Therefore as you read this book, keep in mind that happiness is a word that is loosely used without knowing what means is really. In other words happiness could mean different things to different people. To me a relationship with God could mean something completely different to different people to some it could mean a religion of some sort that you practice and to some it is a relationship with God means seeking the truth and then living by that truth.

As I think of all the people who have helped me to write this book I am filled with emotions of gratitude.

First, I would like to thank my creator for giving me the wisdom and strength to complete this book. I realize today that God is bigger than any problem I could ever experience.

I want to thanks my parents. You have been a light to me in times of darkness.

Finally, I want to thank you (the readers) for reading this Preface of the book.

You posses Humility, Courage and Power.

Humility-because you are willing to learn.
Courage-because you are willing to break through your fears and go after your dreams. and
Power- because you’re not just dreaming about improving your life, you are doing something about it.

The significance of saying NAMASKAR ( नमस्कार ) :-

One of the single contributions of Hinduism to the world to solve problems which trouble various nations is the weapon termed “Namaskar” नमस्कार a method to express the view that God resides in the heart of every person. Folding the palms and bowing the head can help us to ford across linguistic and other barriers. Namaskar diminishes our selfishness and induces in us the desire to help others and cooperate with them to fetch peace.

In religious parlance this step of displaying our utter humility is also termed “Anjali.” The significance behind this demonstration of one’s modesty is the acceptance of the theory that the obeisance shown is to the Almighty who has taken a birth in every heart. There is the presence of the Divine in all souls. This noble concept has been given to the world of culture by the Hindu religion.

Saying “Namaste” नमस्ते or doing the “Pranam” प्रणाम Removes from us, the feeling of enmity, jealously and selfishness, it makes us forget the differences between the higher and the low. In the present day, people tend to give up their faith in God by monstrously constricting their hearts. Resorting to the offering of salutations to even those who may hate us can change the situation.

The classic example of invoking divine help in times of peril is that of Draupadi mentioned in our Scripture. When even her husbands could not help, she gave an open acknowledgement of her surrender through this gesture and God’s help was instantaneous. So did the innocent maiden of the village where the Lord resided during His incarnation as Shri Krishna in His youngest days. The scriptures beckon us to accept that God who has created us has also taken a place in our hearts.

The scriptures create an awakening in us that all are but the children of God. Behind this concept lies the tradition of doing the Pranam and prostrating by even aged men before sages, saints, Godly men and divine personalities though they may be young because they are messengers of God.

PHILOSOPHY OF NAMASTE

(नमस्ते ) :- The main point of all Indian Spiritual practices is to raise the Kundalini Shakti (The agent of soul expansion) from the Muldhara Chakra in the perineum to the Sahasara Chakra in the head, thereby enlarging knowledge and insight and opening up the world of higher consciousness. All the exercise found in our various systems of Yoga, namely, Bhakti, (Devotion,) Karma (action), and Jnana, (Knowledge), are based on /Dharma (Righteousness) and are complementary in the process which is evolutionary in nature. This is the concept of Ardhanaareesware (Shiva and Shakti in one cosmic form).

Shiva is the Lord of Yoga in our tradition and the Shakti Bio-Energy that is Creative power in us to realize the highest goal in life. Ardhanaareeswara is the one cosmic Form in which both the matter and spirit are perfectly united and integrated. We are reminded of this highest philosophy of life as and when we do NAMASTE in our day to day life because the wise people who introduced this Namaste in our culture knew that in this practice alone lays our real happiness.

The literary meaning of Namaste is (नमस्ते ) I bow my head in front of you. The simple act on the part of a person of bringing the left hand and right hand together. Just over the breast is accepted as a humble greeting and reciprocated accordingly knowing or unknowingly, however helped themselves to make any progress in their lives and in the lives of the others did it in tune with the spirit of Namaste नमस्ते. Where ever the humility is absent and not expressed in any human forms of matter and spirit, whether it is in the relationship between employer and the employed, Student and teacher, rich and poor, man and woman etc. there remain tension and frustration in the life of man and woman and nation.

We do many things, which include criticizing and fault finding without knowing why and for what we are doing them. These actions produce no meaningful result compared to those of a man who acts with proper understanding. The gesture of Namaste embodies the efforts to know and act properly. The spirit of this simple practice does produce better understanding and genuine interest in human welfare, not only in our country but also in the whole world.

Namaste is part and partial of the system of self-culture of this land, which has been revived recently by Saints like Ramana Maharshi , Swami Vivekananda , Sri Aurobind, and others. Therefore in addition to cultivating a life according to its great philosophy, Namaste helps us to work out life in harmony with the progress of our evolutionary process.

We can find in India millions of religious minded people doing Namaste to various deities in our temples, but many people now a days, do it quite mechanically without knowing its significance. That they are not sincere to the philosophy of Namaste may be due to their not knowing about it.

The purity that develops in us is based on the right understanding of two aspects of life symbolized by the folded hands in Namaste. The folded hands are always drawn towards the breast and placed right in front of the heart. What is the reason for this?

The body is a combination of chemical elements. Indian Rishis knew this fact thousands of years ago and it was clarified and taught by Kapila Maharishi through Sankhya Yoga. This was long before the discoveries of modern science in this line. He explained that all the forms are a combination of Earth (Solid), Water (Liquid), Fire (Gas), Air (Oxygen), and Ether (Subatomic Matter). Tantric School of Yoga without it no form can ever exist also recognized the source of Bio-Energy on which all these elements depend as Kundalini.

In the Kundalini Yoga system and tantric practice, stage of understanding have been linked with the knowledge of the chemical combination of this world and the spirit that keeps it going. The location of these centers of consciousness had been made on the Torso. A man can still live when both the legs and hands are amputated. But none can survive when the torso is cut apart. This proves the correct location of Bio-energy of Kundalini Shakti in connection with the special cord in living beings.

The energy of spirit is that which is important in man and it is to be maintained in harmony with the form. In this alone lies hope for progress in human evolution. This harmony is the basic theme of Namaste in our culture. This is also the cream of the teachings of various yoga systems. The sum total of this energy or spirit is called self or GOD and is one and the same to every one in this world. It is so because the principles of functioning of the form and spirit are common to all mankinds.

The spiritual heart in man is recognized in Yoga systems as Anahata Chakra or air element. Consider the working of a turbo-generator. It though the co-operation of the solid form of the engine with the suitable steam form boiling water that results are achieved and work is done, Similar is the case with the body. It works because we take solid and liquid food and convert it to energy by digesting it with the aid of digestive fire, this stirs the heart to life and the relationship between cause and abstaining from food for a few days can test effect here.

The spiritual heat, which is made of the air-element, is the seat of feeling in us. To start with, it is this little feeling that helps us to expand emotionally and intellectually in thought, word, and deed. Therefore the simple silent Namaste remind us to recognize the important center of our life principle and communicate the feeling of welcome and friendship to the person when we wish it.

Now we can well imagine how significant is Namaste in our culture and how it can help us to attain cordial relations with one and all in this world. This Namaste creates a feeling of belonging, friendliness, and brotherhood among people and establishes a true welfare society where there is no dearth of basic necessities of life for common man. At the same time it makes us ponder our matter and spirit, life and death in humanity with feeling that keeps on expanding in every one of us in tune with nature.

Namaste is the cultivation of a new trend in our personality and integrated approach to life. It is like the negative and positive terminals that help to generate light. It cannot be cultivated by indulging in any one thing without any inhibitions.

Purity is the backbone of four spiritual progresses. Purity of body and mind are essential to make any progress in the field of higher consciousness or even to transcend our subconscious. Consciousness is ever pure and limitless and purity in life identifies us with it. We are neither sure of the existence of this nor do we have any knowledge of it as a thing in itself because our bodies and minds are not pure. But Namaste can helps us here, objective study can guide us to subjective understanding but it is practice and discipline which leads to reduction of impurity. This cannot be achieved through any kind of indulgence.

In Namaste we are integrated with purity of thought into oneness and with the proper understanding of matter and spirit embodied in the joined hands and humanity expressed by the bowed head, we attune ourselves to the unknown power consciousness with us.

Namaste is distinct from all other forms of greeting, such as the handshake, in that it helps us to transcend the self-imposed physical and mental limitations. Two people must be involved in the handshake for each to be satisfied. This imposes limitations and it become physically impossible to deal with large number of people, as in an assembly, but in Namaste one man can greet thousand of people. And simultaneously thousands in the audience respond with Namaste.

We also find our artists doing it as and when they come on the stage. This, no doubt, brings individual satisfaction to all. Namaste mentally takes shape in the heart and transcends beyond it, until it enables us to achieve unity in diversity is expended consciousness. Therefore Namaste helps to establish report with people without any inhibition or limitations. What so ever.

Repetition of our action establishes strong tendencies and from character and conduct. This process operates both for good and for evil. Therefore, if a custom like greeting with Namaste is done by us in our daily lives sincerely and humbly. After us in our daily lives sincerely and humbly, after knowing its philosophy and significance, it is bound to help us to mould our lives in tune with the true spirit of Namaste.

It is customary to do Namaste to one’s deity, parents, teachers, guests, friends, and holy men. This helps a man to extend it to all human beings who comes in contact with him. Gradually this practice even helps him to do Namaste to all living beings as all the living beings are considered to be within the family of one God, who is the real creator. Soon after the Aarti or showing of the light made of wicks of chamfer to the deity is over, it is customary for all the participants to do Namaste to the presiding deity. This is done to remind the devotees who take part in such congregations to surrender themselves to the source of life without any reservation. It is also a reminder to the people of the Namaste Philosophy. Many sculptures and paintings in our temples and museums indicate that this practice was prevalent in ancient India.

Self-surrender is the essence of devotion and faith and this faith develops out of the repeated performance of Namaste before any form of deity. In the matter of self-surrender, most people do it half-heartedly.

The self-surrender demanded by the practice of Namaste should not be mistaken for the surrender of the ego of a person to the ego of another person. It is surrender to the self or Bio-energy in both. It is the feeling of the unity in diversity that is achieved by the element of humility and surrender in Namaste.

When persons inimical to each other do Namaste in proper attitude, it is bound to reduce tension in mind and animate and help them to achieve cordially and friendship.

Though simple and easy Namaste is the higher form of Sadhana or spiritual practice containing the cream of selfless service, devotion, dedication and self-surrender for attaining the wisdom of unity in diversity. It helps a man to cultivate spirit of selfless service; devotion to God, dedication to noble causes self –surrender to divinity and a feeling or oneness and brotherhood of humanity in his relation to fellow beings in tune with Reality.

A man is transformed into this attitude by doing Namste in it’s to spirit. But Namaste, if practiced sincerely, will definitely lead a person day by day nearer to the final goal while helping to maintain a harmonious relation with his surroundings and contact. Sincerely and humility in our daily practice of Namaste build-up honest in life.

Whenever any one succeeded in any undertaking material or spiritual, we find that he was always sincere, humble, and honest to his establishment or ideas. In the same manner, when ever we see the downfall of a powerful person who was pretending to be trying that he was lacking in these qualities.

Let us now discuss how this simple Namaste is practiced. The Mantra in this Sadhana is, of course, Namaste. The Mudra or pose is the joining of the palms and drawing them towards the breast while bowing the head in humility. In this we are to generate the feeling in our hearts that we are encountering God in the other person. We should be sincere in our thought. “I see God in you” while doing Namaste. This produces prosperity and progress in our material and spiritual life. Once we are introduced to its philosophy our life becomes smooth and happy.

In fact our ego melts in Namaste when we make up our mind to feel that there are many more universes yet to be discovered by us. The spirit of integrating elements in Namaste helps a millionaire to understand the plight of a poor man to appreciate the position of a rich man. Namaste, in fact, practically, helps us to integrate these two aspects in all walks of life. No methods however cleverly, logically and scientifically planned and designed for propaganda can ultimately produce better results if the Namaste spirit of integrating matter and spirit based on the minimum of qualifications needed for its practice is absent in our day to day life.
Pleasure of the World

Pleasure of the world are always attractive in the beginning, but their consequences are terrible and hard to endure, like the temporary pleasure derived by scratching an itch but the sensation turning painful and intolerable a little later. The mind of the man even as the horse with blinkers takes its route straight, should be restrained and made to develop an aversion to worldly objects and not stray into evil paths.

Emperors have left this world but their pious deeds in the form of tanks, roads, shelter, homes, and temples edifices- still remains. Even man who upholds religious traditions cannot easily get rid of the powerful forces of desire and attachment.

Sukha or happiness means different things to different people. This is especially so in the context of varying lifestyles prevalent today and the issues that a lot of us are living with and identifying ourselves with. Is happiness really he excitement of FIFA football match of the last ball or watching the rank outsider win the derby by a short head? The hysteria accompanying an excessive and loud lifestyle needs to be looked at so that we can determine whether we can really hope to find true and long term happiness through such indulgences. Thou actually expect Sukha in the make believe world of psychedelic lights and the rhythmic beats of discotheques is as for removed from genuine happiness as taking a mirage oasis to be a capable of quenching one’s thirst. These are the make believe world ventured in to by disturbed insecure individual with low self esteem and belies any hope of Sukha, mirages and delusions cater to the sensate an immediate at the cost of slamming the lid on our sensibilities and our innocence.

Sukha in Indian philosophical system is a heavily loaded term. To understand the quality of true Sukha or happiness also means that we need to define Dukha or suffering. Lord Buddha was very clear in his definition of suffering and about what constitutes true happiness. He propounded as the cornerstone of his teachings the four noble truths. These truths according to him were intrinsic as well as peculiar to samsara, and pervaded all somsariec activity. These four noble truths or arya-satya were the truth of suffering, its cause, the cessation or end of suffering by realizing true happiness and the method or path leading to cessation of suffering and of attaining to a state of true happiness. Sukha as experienced by the wise sages and yogis. Is something that is peaceful, serene, harmonious, and happy. Yet, at the same time. It is not exuberant. A smooth flow of energy accompanied by calmness projects steadiness and an integrating quality.

The yogi immersed in his cauldron of true happiness and bliss conjures up the image of a being, which is alone in this vast ocean of humanity. He is a part of, yet remains quite apart and is ever growing in his knowledge of god’s will for him and having the power to carry out the role god has planned or determined for him. In the yogi one finds a cosmic whole that far from being in the nature of a black hole is more in the nature of a quasar brightest object in the universe. Against the backdrop of a chaotic society and humdrum of today’s turbulent life, it is a relaxed state free of stress. He is one who observes the goings on and plays of samsara with a witness-like attitude or Shakshi-ending roller coaster with undistinguished equanimity. He is not perturbed, nor is the unduly excited.

It is not that the pattern of the yogi’s life stays unchanged. The external environment is always in a flux of change for him just as it is for all of us but the yogi remains undaunted and rarely influenced. Just as in the laws pertaining to nature there are a few eclipses and occasional leap years, so too are minor disturbances and infiltration to a yogi’s calm. All alone, however, he is detached and free from the clutched of samara. He is now beyond Dukha.

It is a well-known fact that happiness is vital for good health. Corroborating this theory, a study conducted at Duke University Medical Centre, USA, proves that adults who are happy, but are suffering from a heart disease, have a 20% more chance of living longer. Thoughts and emotions are controlled by hormones in the brain. Just as electricity moves from pole to pole, in the brain, impulses have to jump from cell to cell. The intervening space between nerve cells is controlled by neuro-chemicals or neuro-hormones. Any alteration in this will produce change in behaviour, thought and emotions. Genetically, people have a certain concentration of neuro-hormones and depending on that; people will be happy or sad. The experience is further modified by external circumstances.

The study revealed that though a constant state of happiness isn’t necessary, avoiding emotional lows is vital for a long life. This is because happy people are less likely to suffer from psychometric problems like diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease.

Different states of mind are associated with the release of different chemicals and hormones in various parts of the body. Happiness and pleasure are associated with the release of dopamine in the brain. Sadness is associated with the release of steroid hormones, which are circulated through the bloodstream to different parts of the body. This is why states of mind can affect the health and physiology of the entire body. However, happiness is also associated with other positive chemical and hormonal changes and same holds good for sadness.

The ever-expanding field of positive psychology emphasises human strengths rather than weaknesses as a way of life. People who are positive and happy have a higher immunological cell count and can combat diseases better. The new IT culture and changing life styles are creating great stress, which in turn affect happiness.

One needs to remember that happiness does not mean an absence of difficulties, and not a continuous state either as it has been noticed that people go through mood changes. Anti depressants can reduce unhappiness but cannot artificially keep you happy all the time. Use of substances like alcohol and drugs usually work on the prevailing mood of the person and amplifies it. To be really happy, a person needs to accept that good things and bad things are a part of life. They must not be too reactive whenever something bad happens.

These drugs are usually addictive and can have damaging short-and long-term consequences on a person’s physical and mental health, and on his social and occupational performance.
