Now
those things, which create obstructions in the practice of yoga and these
things must be given up. These are salt, mustered or its oil etc, sour things,
hot things, the things resulting heat in the body, harsh and bitter things,
taking food in large quantity, company of women for enjoyment, use of fire,
gossip with deceivers also must be avoided.
The
means to get success in yoga quickly use of butter oil milk, sweet food, and
less quantity of food recommended getting success in yoga with in no time. (योगाभ्यासी) should
practice (प्राणायाम) in four sitting and twenty times per sitting, by this
he will be efficiently able to retain air (प्राण) in side as long as he desired.
Through this kind of practice of (प्राणायाम) the Kevalkhumbhaka केवलकुम्भक can be
achieved.
There
is nothing unachievable in the whole world for a man who has achieved the
Kevala Khumbhaka केवलकुम्भक without breathing out and breathing in i.e., Rechaka रिचका and Poorka पूरक. During the
practice of Kevla Khumbhaka केवलकुम्भक the body starts sweating, therefore
it should be rubbed and pressed properly. Even then if the Yogabhyasin (योगाभ्यासी)
practices the Khumbhaka कुम्भक further, he feels trembling in his
body when he sits on his seat (आसन).
By
more and more practice of Kumbhaka कुम्भक, the Darduri Vriti (दुर्दुरि वृति) (Jumping
action like a frog) appears. In this stage the yogi योगी sitting in
Padmaasana (पद्मासन),
can move or jump like a frog on the ground.
Thereafter
doing more practice of Kumbhaka Pranayam कुम्भक प्राणायाम a stage of rising up leaving the
ground appears the yogin योगिन stays up in the air without any
support or help. In this stage super human power appears there in, and yogi
never feels any trouble or pain even by eating too much food or by taking
merger means.
Thereafter,
by way of further practice, the vigorous strength take place by which Bhoochara
Siddhi भूचर
सिद्धि
is attained so that yogin योगिन can win over all the creatures of
earth. The Tigers, Shambhers, Elephants, and the wild Bull or the Lions can be
killed even by a slap of hand of yogin योगिन. At this stage yogin achieves the
personality like Kamdeva (कामदेव) God of Love.
At
that time there may come a great interruption to yogin योगिन due to his
pramada प्रमाद
(intoxication Specially with Power, heedlessness) ladies, being attracted to
his beauty, desire to come with him for intercourse. At this stage if he does
intercourse with them, and loses his Bindu बिंदु (semen) he becomes strength-less and
death comes nearer to him. Therefore he should avoid the company of ladies and
should continue the practice of Yoga having great regard to it.
"Loss
of semen is loss of power. Exposure to sexual stimulation arouses this power;
controlled the power is like steam in a boiler, no longer random."
"The
YOGIN योगिन
who can protect his BINDU बिंदु (semen), overcomes death; because
death comes by discharging BINDU, and life is prolonged by its
preservation."

is under the control of the mind and life is dependent on BINDU. Hence, Mind
and BINDU should be protected by any means."

If
a yogin योगिन
does not loses his semen an odor comes from the body of him thus he should try
with all efforts to get the semen preserved. After achieving command over
Kumbhaka कुम्भक
pranayama प्राणायाम, sitting is solitary in practice he should utter pranava
प्रणव
the word Omkara ओमकार,
(ॐ)
in a prolated way forgetting, rid of the sins result of the formers bad deeds,
the utterance of pranava mantra प्रणव मंत्र removes all the obstacles and
diminishes the evil.
There
is other way of yoga योगा, which was accepted by Siddhas सिद्ध पुरुष like KAPILA कपिल etc. The
difference is only in the way of practice, but the result of the two is same
Mahamudra महामुद्रा, Mahabandha महाबंद्ध, Khechari Mudra खेचरी मुद्रा, Jalandhara
Bandha जालंधर
बंद्ध,
Uddiyan Bandha उद्यान
बंद्ध
Mula Bandha मूल
बंद्ध,
Viparitakarmi विपरीताकर्मी, and Vajroli वज्रोली .
Vajroli
Kriya वज्रोली
क्रिया
is concealed by all yogin योगी, for it is secret one, thus it should
not be given to anyone. It should be taught only to a person who is very dear
and closed to him like his soul itself.
The
yogin योगी
who knows Vajroli वज्रोली,
must get success in the Yoga योगा, whether he follows the rules of yoga
योगा,
or lives a life according to his will only.
Two
things in Vajroli वज्रोली,
which are generally rare for any one, if these two could be got, are give
perfection in yoga योगा.
These
two things are the Milk and Angirasa-drava (अंगिरस-द्रव) i.e., semen, vajroli वज्रोली should be
performed with these two, but the second one is very rare, it should be
obtained by a yogi योगी
through woman by personal contact, and woman yogin योगिन should try
to get it from male person by efforts.
If
the male and female sadhakes साधक leaving aside the feeling that the
helper (Partner) is a person of opposite sex (and sexual feeling) contacts each
other only for vajroli वज्रोली practice they will get siddhis in it
through practice.
When
the sadhak साधक
or sadhika साधिका
comes in contact with the person of opposite sex (in the position of sexual
intercourse) the semen comes out from male organ, then he or she should try to
take it back. If the sadhak साधक ( or sadhika साधिका) gets
success to take it back, he gets victory on the death perfectly.
