The center of your head is the temple...and what lies in between your temples...your pineal gland.

The Pineal Gland - It is connected to our eyes & is known as our biological Third Eye or single eye (think about how you can visualize things internally.) Shaped like and named after the Pine cone, it sits alone at the geometric center of our brain while all other parts are paired & is intimately linked to our body's perception of light. It is not actually a part of the brain. Also known as the "Seat of the Soul," or the "Epicenter of Enlightenment". It has been used as a sacred symbol throughout history in the form of pine cones. In cultures around the world! The Pineal Gland is naturally livelier during our youth & shrinks after childhood. It is most active when we are dreaming. This is when you are projecting what is within your subconscious mind, or higher self. When we dream, it is believed that a drug more illegal than heroin & also the most powerful psychedelic known to man is released within this gland. This drug is called DMT (dimethyltryptamine) and is found/produced naturally in humans as well as most plants & animals. DMT is the body's own psychedelic. a neuro-chemical specifically created to allow the focus of our thinking to be directed inward. When DMT is released, our consciousness is fully expanded (Ever had a "trippy" dream? Would make sense because it seems you are literally tripping off of DMT!)

Your Third Eye is responsible for: intuition, dreaming & lucid dreaming, discerning truth from illusion, psychic abilities, decision-making, creativity, Spirit communication, visions, premonitions, near death experiences, out of body experiences, remote viewing, astral projection and mostly everything else metaphysical & paranormal that you can think of! Fluoride commonly found in most tap water calcifies/ hardens the Pineal Gland, thus inhibiting it's use (they don't won’t us to know what we are truly capable of !) ... this gland is the number one source of fluoride accumulation within the entire body! The natural behaviors of a pine cone have an esoteric/ metaphorical meaning: as it ripens, the pine cone slowly opens to release its mature seeds. This process is symbolic of the expansion of consciousness that accompanies the opening of the Pineal Gland and the awakening of the Third Eye! When DMT is released, our consciousness is fully expanded and this allows our spirits to access the spiritual dimensions while we are asleep. Our spirits create ALL aspects of the dreams we experience nearly every night. Sleep is in a sense the cousin of death, and it is when our soul refreshes our body. It is the first gland formed in the fetus & receives the 2nd highest blood flow in the body, 2nd to our kidneys. which to me speaks volumes of its importance!

When people get visited in dreams by friends or loved ones who have passed away, these dreams are vivid and this is actually the spirit of the deceased visiting the spirit of the dreamer! The Pineal Gland/ DMT is a gateway to the afterlife! DMT is also believed to be released during certain forms of proper hypnosis & meditation, also at the moment of physical death! In the chapter of Genesis in the Bible (32: 22-32) ...Jacob wrestles with "a man" who he later realized is actually God. Jacob called the name of the place Pineal, saying, “For I have seen God face to face." Pineal translates to: the "face of God." Pineal is very close to Pineal (To me they were dropping a subliminal hint there to the Pineal Gland) which makes sense because through activation of the Pineal Gland during meditation, we can make conscious contact with God!

Jesus knew about this third eye, and is believed that he learned about it while reportedly studying Buddhism & Hinduism among many other Esoteric & Mystical teachings during the missing 18 years of his life from the Bible. This would make perfect sense when you consider the coincidence that crosses appear on top of Pine Trees on Easter day! "Coincidence is God's way of remaining anonymous" - Albert Einstein. Jesus also spoke about this third eye, or single eye, in the chapter of Matthew (6:22) when he said "...if thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light!" Through proper Merkaba meditation, one can access what's known as the light body. Us here in the West have been so ill-informed of this Third Eye and its unlocking, even as the Eastern traditions have incorporated them into their practices. The reason for that is the rise of Christianity in the west; the practice and idea of an "inner god" or "Third Eye" to awaken runs afoul of traditional Christian teachings. These wisdoms, forced underground, became the origins for secret societies that passed on these esoteric wisdoms; one of these societies was the Freemasons.
