Father's Blessing

Once a young man was going to complete his college studies. He had the desire to take a sports car in a showroom for many days. He asked his father to take the car when he completed his college studies because he knew that his father was able to fulfil his will. On the last day of college, his father called him in his room and said that he loved him very much and he was proud of him. Then they gifted him a beautiful paper wrapped in it. Eagerly, when the young man opened the paper, he found an attractive binding ' Bhagwad Gita ' on which his name was also written in golden letters. The young man was furious and spoke to his father that even when he had so much money, he gave him only a ' Bhagwad Gita '. By saying this, he angrily slammed the Gita and left the house.

Many years have passed and that young man became a successful businessman. He had a lot of wealth and a full family. One day he thought that his father would have become old enough now. He decided to visit his father because he had never visited him since that day. He was now preparing to visit his father that suddenly he got a telegram stating that his father had died and that he had made all his possessions his name. He was immediately called there so that he could handle all the possessions.

He reached his father's house with a sense of sadness and repentance. He also found the Bhagwad Gita in his father's important files, which he had left years ago. He began to turn his pages with full eyes. Then one of the car keys fell down with a bill. He wrote the name of the same showroom on the bill in which he liked the sports car and also wrote the date of the previous day by leaving his house on it. It was written in that bill that the entire payment has been made.

Sometimes we ignore God's blessings and the answers to our prayers because they do not receive us in the form we expect them to be.
