Optimism has the biggest
healing power
We
human are the only creation of God with power of reasoning and a powerful mind.
Its functioning is like a powerful magnet. We go through some thoughts and the
magnetic power is emitted and that is the power of mind. Under this power,
mental healing, healing of relationships and physical healing and so many other
miracles happen daily.
Our
body is really the product of our thoughts. If we start thinking that we are
fit, we start becoming fit. The reason is our positive thoughts turn into
actions and ultimately into results.
In
this busy world, our life is full of stress. Adults are stressed, regarding
their financial condition, students for their studies and so on. All stress
begins with one negative thought. The effect is stress, but the cause is
negative thinking. No matter what you have manifested, all can change with a
small positive thought
We
always think of changing our lives & such thoughts are normal as a
human being ...We always have a desire & passion to work harder, to
sleep less, all because we want the coming years be better than the past
ones... But, sometimes or most of the times people around you & society
disappoint you by some words like “That’s impossible”, “someone like you
can’t..”, “Just give up”, “You can’t do that”, “Do not even try it”. Do you
agree with me?
You
might have noticed that whenever a person becomes ill he takes the prescribed
medicines, but have you ever noticed the reason of his healing? Well, a person
takes prescribed medicines with the thought that it shall heal him. Medicines
do work in the process of healing but the thought of healing has a larger role.
So positive thought, brings you back to good health. And people with such
attitudes generally enjoy life more.
Optimism
is a resource of healing. Optimists are more likely to overcome pain and
adversity in their efforts to improve their medical treatments outcome
conversely. Pessimism seems to aggravate ill health. We seem to develop a
tendency toward either optimism or pessimism at an early age. And for that we
have to work on our immune system because immune system responds to your thoughts,
emotions and actions. In order to make your immune system function better,
staying fit, eating right and managing stress are important factors and in
addition create positive expectations for health and healing, open you to
humour friendship and love.
So
illness is something that can’t exist in a body that have harmonious thoughts
.Write your illness a letter. Tell it that you don’t need it anymore and that
your immune system is now ready to finish it off. Become a cheerleader for your
immune system. Talk to it and encourage it to be strong and keep fighting.
Put
the power of peace into your thoughts. Feel the power of peace throughout your
life. When your thoughts are focused on conflict, those thoughts are in
conflict with each other, that drains their power and effectiveness away
Instead
of looking for excuses to be in conflict, think of reasons to be at peace.
Instead of always striving to get an advantage allow the ultimate advantage of
peace to easily and naturally flow from your centre.
Your
true purpose is not in conflict with anything. Though you will always face
challenges, you never have to fight. For you can meet those challenges with
love and grace and the positive power of peaceful purpose. Instead of getting
caught up in the conflict, with the power of peace you can find a positive way
to successfully move beyond it. No one can take peace away from you when you
step forward and offer it first. Keep peace in your thoughts, and put real
meaningful power in your life.
